We booked thru AirBNB in St Augustine for Condo #1107 and found a delightsome getaway. The amiable owner was in communication with us as needed and thoughtful with his auspicious helpfulness. The unit’s cleanliness and extra amenities made our trip delightful. The beach, the jacuzzi right down the hallway made our evening’s rejuvenating. The owner/gentleman was available right away with any questions about the area and gave us great salubrious suggestions about the local food and made sure we had pleasant experiences. We’ll be booking here every yearly.

We had a wonderful time. The room was large and the kitchen was stocked with cookware like home. The hot tub was right outside our front door and was very clean. The beach access was nicely decked.

We rented a condo for a week. The location is great. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of activities. There are 2 pools. The large pool is really nice. There is great access to an amazing beach. We are having a great time.

Clean rental condo with efficient and friendly staff. Gated parking. Direct beach access. We had a great view of the beach and ocean from the 3rd floor room. Be sure to view pictures of the specific condo that you want to rent because they are privately owned and furniture and accessories vary. The office supplied us with a list of everything that we should bring ourselves, so there was no confusion. The elevator was nice. Some building have stair only, so check out their website to verify which building has what. The walls were well insulated because when inside we could not hear anyone else, except an occasional door slamming as people were racing to the beach or out to eat. There are grocery stores and restaurants located conveniently nearby and bicycle lanes for those brave enough. We had a charming stay and would recommend this resort for those looking for an affordable, clean condo rental very close to the beach. Great security.

This resort offers pickleball, tennis, hot tubs, shuffleboard, and bocce! It's ocated on the beach so sunrise is always a beautifulsight. . It doesn't get any better!

Me and my kids loved it! We normally go on vacation and stay on the river in Jacksonville, but this time I decided to try renting a Condo, and we were not disappointed. The Condo was very well kept, and very comfortable. We were a just a short walk from the beach and area was very peaceful. The area around the Condo had restaurants, and things to do, within walking distance. This experience changed my mind on ever staying in a hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at our condo, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, security and beach access, not far to walk at all!

What a fabulous gate resort community full of amenities: pools, tennis courts, hot tub, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard. There are plenty of stores, shops, restaurants within easy walking/biking distance depending on your mobility. Everyone we met there was so nice! Also a a note: There are elevators for each building besides the stairs if you need to use an elevator.
Unit 5532 top floor ocean front condo was dreamy! The view from balcony of our unit was gorgeous!The condo looked recently, beautifully renovated with high quality furniture/decor. It has that classy, beachy vibe. The unit’s cleanliness and extra amenities made our trip delightful.

My family and I had so much fun at the
St Augustine Ocean and Racquet club on vacation. It is a really fun place. 4 hot tub’s and 2 pools. On the Ocean, sand so soft and all the people are very nice. The local restaurants are wonderful. Make sure you visit Mango’s for lunch. Many great places including Publix down the street for grocery shopping. Stop by and have some excellent Mexican food at Taco Libre next to Publix.
Drive into town approximately 5 miles from the resort and enjoy downtown
St Charles Street.
We enjoyed it so much we are going back next year for a month.

Stayed here through VRBO and we were right next to the private beach access. Quiet, safe, easy and conveniently located near many amenities and restaurants. Chuck was awesome!

The resort is a beautiful setting oceanside in St. Augustine Beach close to restaurants, bars, shops and the St. Augustine Beach Pier. The resort has 2 pools, 5 hot tubs, access directly to the beach, tennis courts, and Racquetball courts.

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. Gorgeous place right on the beach. Friendly residents. Active community overall. Ton of early risers walking their dogs, exercising etc. Farmers market nearby with tons of food trucks and live entertainment. Rained out the whole time but still an enjoyable stay.

Love it.... Except for this Security person named Chuck that was unpolite and harsh with Me and my family just because we didn't went on time to the office to get our parking pass and because we got in late because we were driving from Miami and we were tired and we over slept and by time the office was closed so we had to request from security another temporary parking pass till the next morning which is today, till I get the regular parking pass from the office... So this Security named Chuck was a bit nasty and threaten Me last night in front of my family that if by 10:00am today Saturday October 3rd I haven't gone to the office and gotten my parking pass that he was going to have my Car Towed away from the permesis... That's no way to treat guest that drove for more than 6 hours to come to Saint Augustine to relax and enjoy the beach, the beauty and history of such fine city...
And I know about security that was my 1st Job till I joined our fellows in Blue and also to serve my country as well....
But beside all that the rest is great, the place is cozy, the beach is phenomenal Love Saint Augustine my 2nd time coming here and many more to come....

The fully equipped kitchen was a blessing, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks for the kids whenever we wanted. The kids loved the pools and the tennis courts, and my wife and I enjoyed leisurely strolls along the beautifully landscaped pathways. It is a quiet ocean front development with two lovely pools, a hot tub in our building, and beautifully maintained grounds. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. We would stay agin if in the area!

We loved staying here! It was perfectly located in the middle of everything we needed and right on the beach! We walked to the beach from our condo and enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzis at night. We went to a concert at the amphitheater and strolled around downtown, we were minutes away from everything we wanted to do!
