St. Augustine Island Inn

This hotel is a great place to stay. The location is perfect; walking distance to the beach, close proximity for good restaurants and downtown. The owner, Hanna was absolutely wonderful to us. She is hardworking and very attentive to guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. We will definitely be back and I 10/10 recommend this place! Thank you for having us Hanna.

Nice, clean rooms. There's a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, and comfy beds. The water is hot and the AC cold. There's also an intimate pool and an ice machine. Very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly. We'll stay here again. Oh, by the way, there is an elevator.

I had my first stay at the Island Inn and it was delightful! This is a family owned business and they put so much into this hotel to make it nice for their guests. I highly recommend staying at this cozy inn if you are looking for a homey, affordable stay on near the beach

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay just a short walk to the beach, this is it! The room was clean, everything in working order and there’s even laundry if needed. A short walk to Ocean Hammock Parkway makes this the most convenient place to stay. Also just a short drive to Publix or many of the local beach eateries. You really can’t beat the location. Shoutout to the owner for being friendly and helpful when it came to advice with the incoming hurricane. I’d definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks, Hannah!

We had a great stay. Within a half mile are several nice restaurants, strip malls, Publix, Walgreens and, of course, the beach. The owners are super friendly and kind.
It’s a more established hotel, but it’s clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

I stayed at the St.Augustine Island Inn for 6 nights and had such a great stay!

The management was absolutely exceptional. He greeted me each time I arrived from an excursion to ensure if there was anything I needed. He also made some amazing recommendations of things to do in the area and best places to eat.

The room itself is super clean and the mattress, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. I slept SO well. The pool was awesome to hang out at.

The hotel is very close to some amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and cute stores, including a ton of surf stores. The boardwalk to the beach is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The beach was gorgeous! White sand.

I can easily recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great deal, excellent customer service, awesome location, and a comfortable stay.

I plan on making this a yearly tradition and I look forward to coming back next year.

I have stayed here several times over the years, and as always the owners went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us however they could. Will be back soon
After reviewing the hotel i noticed alot of people were upset about visitors and the owners. If i had to guess the people that gave poor reviews were probably trying to sneak visitors in and had probably been told several times. The lobby is locked because the owner is by herself 95% of the time and these days you can’t be too careful. I started visiting this place at least 10-15 yrs ago and they were as nice then as they are now.

Staff was super sweet. Very nice! Only suggestion was Pillows were flat, and should be replaced. I will be back again

Comfy bed, easy access. She was very gracious we stayed there. The tub was gigantic and provided enough room for our 5’10+ selves! Water always stayed hot in shower and room ac stayed cold at night! Close to the beach; and store for things we forgot. The owner was wonderful 12/10 do it again

The place was so good. The location was set in a very nice place.
Me and my friends had a very nice time while we were at the property.
Throughout the time we stayed there we were always welcomed and appreciated.

I don’t even know how to put into words how am amazing this place was and the location was just perfect, we had a horrible experience another hotel and we had to cancel that reservation we called island in and we got In right way, the manager/owner went above and beyond for us. The faculty was clean, safe feeling, in a safe area, parking was great, beach access was literally just a block over, shopping centers close buy as well. We will be staying here for all future trips to to Augustine thank you for making our visit wonderland. I also want to add the manager/owner does all the cleaning and also landscaping

Great place, pretty quiet setting, located a block away from access to the Ocean. Laundry is available Rates are reasonably priced and overall I think this property is better than the Quality Inn next door. Friendly owners also, would definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi room! The owners were very polite and helpful, especially accommodating since we arrived after 10pm. It is close to everything we wanted to do during our time here.Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had a night to ourselves and we absolutely loved our hot tub suite from st.augustime island inn. The hot tub was very relaxing Our room was very clean and looked great. For a very decent and fair price as well! Their are no complaints. It was a 5 minutes walk to the beach which is gorgeous, the pool is clean and beautiful. The owners, or the couple running the place we're very friendly and helpful. We will definetly be returning again. You can tell they take care of their establishment. Thank you so much!!!

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, and convenient to the stores. The owner's were magnificent. The maintenance of the property was impeccable. We'll be staying here from now on.

We had such a relaxing time here. Hannah (the owner) has been an absolute gem. She is so friendly and makes sure she says hi when she sees you. She keeps the inn and rooms clean. If we could give 10 stars, we would.
It is close to everything! Publix, fishing pier, food, and puttputt. Quick drive to historic downtown and an easy walk to the beach.
We visit St. Augustine every year to every other year. Next time we come back to St. Augustine, we will be staying here and every time after.

Very nice customer service! Friendly staff and will always greet you with a smile. The hotel is close to the beach and other attractions. Clean rooms filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely will be coming back with the family again!

My husband and I were looking forward to a weekend getaway. Our original plans got cancelled at the last minute so we decided to drive up the coast to St Augustine and stay a couple nights. We landed here because they offered a king bed and a whirlpool tub. Their price was cheaper than several other places from the historic district to the beach & they had availability. It is basic, but nice. Very clean. The tub fit both of us. The jets were clean!! The a/c was loud but it was cold so we opened the window. We will stay here again.
