They are awesome. I have used them exclusively for years. They communicate well, do a great job and there is no turnover in staff so you know who you are dealing with and so do they. I recommend them without any hesitation or reservation.

The best dry cleaner in St. Augustine. Period. Nick and Madelyn take such great care of their customers. Wouldn't think of sending my dry cleaning, comforters, upholstery anywhere else in the region. They're THAT good.

We go out of our way to come here. If they couldn't get a stain out the first time they did it a 2nd time for us. We drop off and pick up a few days later, everything is always done and ready to pick up. I say we but my wife does more business with them than I do but my clothes are perfect everytime and they've done large items for us as well. We've used other dry cleaners that couldn't even get pen marks out of clothes. Great service and pricing

Nick and Madeline are absolutely delightful, the prices are fine, and i was even able to get my shoes resoled there. There is another review here referencing "naked Madeline" and I think the writer meant "Nick and Madeline". Speech to text phones at their best.

They did a beautiful job of cleaning my 5 piece ballgown & a friend's formal pirate coat. The price was reasonable and the service was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

Wow, the business makes a mistake and instead of apologizing they (the owner) is horribly rude and feels an apology is above her. I dropped my clothes on a Saturday got a ticket the clearly states pick up on Wednesday, which it worked as I fly out on a business trip on Thursday. When I arrive on Wednesday they can’t find my clothes. The owner comes in and tells me they will be on Thursday, that they forgot to correct by hand the ticket and that she “tells people”. Zero apology for their mistake and huge attitude with no guarantee on the time it arrives the next day (from Jacksonville!). I live so close to them, I don’t care I will not support a rude business owner that clearly takes clients for granted. Plus no point is dropping at a dry cleaner that really works in Jacksonville. I will support a true local business

I brought in a dress that I had worn once. The dress had gold metal bars across the neckline. After I had paid for the dress, I noticed the gold bars were missing. The cleaners said they checked with their factory and the bars were not there. They said they were going to check the internet to see if they could find some. After 3 weeks of hassle, I asked for my dress back. It was dirty, missing the bars and the lining was hanging lower than the hem. The lady was rude, claimed the bars were always missing and refused to refund my money. Irene posting under Jim/husband

They literally wrote my name, in pen, on my bespoke embroidered dress shirt. This shirt is $160, what are you doing?

This place wouldn't take garnments with pet hair on them. That's the whole point of getting it cleaned!

Very rude about parking spaces out front that should be for whole shopping center. Not good for business to be so rude to any potential customers.
