Ms. Gloria, the Broker/Owner has been a pleasure to deal with. She sold us a very nice new home being built by Old City Homes that was within our price range. So far, she has been so warm and friendly and willing to help anytime I had a question or concern. If you looking for a new build or and existing home, I would definitely give Ms. Gloria a call and see for yourself. So far five stars is all I can say.

Nancy Kaman is, without question, one of, if not the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is still there for me when I need her over a year later. She did everything in her power to make a simultaneous buy-sell as easy as possible. She even cut her commission because I wasnt going to break even on the home i sold. There are no broker fees or other hidden fees. She was honest and professional throughout the entire process. It was so stressful, yet she made it so much easier for me handling anything she could to make my life easier during the process. She reminds me of realtors back 40-50 years ago that truly earn every penny of their commission by going well above and beyond just making a sale. She comes highly recommended!
