I had mailed my tag two days prior to realizing I had not gotten my emission done.

Trying to beat the system I hurried to Gordons to get an emission. But the emission area was closed for the day. Thank God he reopened it for me.

Good customer service is had to find, but I did find it at Gordons.

Very straight to the point, did not feel like they were beating around the bush in any circumstances. Told me what the price was before hand and charged me the exact same with no hidden fees afterwards just as discussed. Very honorable buisness. Highly recommend.

I was in town for a trip, called several shops to have AC serviced (it completely stopped blowing cold air). Other places were talking a full day, and a couple weeks out for an appointment. Called two dealers, no openings and over $400 anyway.

Gordon's was upfront and honest from the very first conversation on the phone. Told me the likely problem, cost $275, would likely fix the problem...and they got me in 1 day after I called.

So hard to find a mechanic you can trust anymore, but this place is an amazing find!

I had a GREAT experience here w/ my Kia Rio!! My engine light came on and car started to shake, I brought the car to them early in the am and they found the problem and fixed it within a FEW hours!!! It was hard for them to squeeze me in but they tried their best and executed to help me get to my sisters graduation!!! I am so thankful and their customer service is awesome!!! I had an excellent experience. While at a stoplight, the driver of the car behind me came to my car and let me know that I had NO brake lights. Gordan’s was the closest shop. I got there as the owner was leaving for the day. He changed the bulbs for me, and I was on my way. The price was very fair.

A lively and charismatic group that runs Gordon's. The entire staff was cordial. I felt like I was behind the scenes of a family business. Ms.Llewon did my emissions. I watched her give each of her customers personal advice specific to their service needs. You really get the feeling that they care at Gordon's.

Well this morning on my way to work I got a flat tire on 285 getting off Campbellton and my tire was completely busted and as I got off the exit I saw the tire shop and parked my car because I had to be to work at 8 o'clock and they had not open yet because it was only 7 o'clock so at eight I called up there to let them know my car was there and the situation and Mr. Gordon himself offered to come get my keys from my job because I had not left them in the dropbox. He offered to come get my keys and put on my spar tire and also look for me a tire and a rim because I also busted my rim. When I got off work all i had to do was pay for service and pull off. My car was fixed when I pulled up and they had the best service everybody had a nice attitude. I was very happy with my service. Thanks guys for making a stressful morning a better day. Seriously

I live 20-25 min away from Gordon’s Auto Service Center. But I have decided to bypass the shops I pass to get to Gordon’s for all of my future automotive needs. That’s how phenomenal of an experience I had. Give them a try and you will experience an ultimate level of customer service.
