Dollar Tree

This store used to be a place I dreaded due to terrible service, cluttered aisles, and overall uncleanliness. Now, I intentionally bypass numerous Dollar Tree stores just to visit this specific one. Why? Let me share why. Chris, the store manager, is not only an exceptional human being but also an outstanding manager. He works tirelessly on the floor, even more than his team, who are incredibly friendly. As you step into the store, you're greeted warmly, and all customers are treated like royalty.

During my last visit, James was diligently stocking shelves and managing boxes. The store is always impeccably clean, with no boxes scattered on the floor. Chris has an impressive knowledge of the store layout. When I mentioned they didn't have Valentine's lights, he not only told me that they had them but left the register to personally show me where they were located.

Chris fosters a remarkable relationship with his staff. They respect him, and whenever they need assistance, he is quick to respond. I appreciate Chris's dedication to always having holiday balloons inflated. In Chris's store, there's never a wait for balloons or anything else.

The team exudes a welcoming, helpful, and friendly atmosphere, showcasing their excellent teamwork. These people truly care about people.

This is by far the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree location in the metro. We have been coming here for years and have never experienced any kind of negative staff or managers. In fact, the manager we have interacted with has always been a total professional. I’m baffled by the reviews!

My fiancé and I just brought a home in the area and I must say this is one of the best organize and clean dollar stores, especially in an area that I see my ethnicity culture ! It makes me proud to see this ! The manager is always on top of his job title! It’s really impressive to see how much he cares about his employees and customers! He tries to really keep his store clean and organized. Also the items that are sold at the Dollar Tree is amazing. You can find mostly anything and I feel that the manger is why ! I over heard him talking to customers and asking them what items they needed and he would see to try to order it for them. I know working in retail can be hard and stressful at times but I could never notice that in this store ! I will return every time I come to my home near there ! Thanks

Love this Dollar Tree! The manager keeps the place on point and is also very personable and tries to keep the bad apples out.

Store was fully stocked better than the other I have been to there’s just one thing there lines are very long it’s the holidays and they only have one line open

Every time I go in there, I find what I need! This time it was bleach and drain cleaner.

Always great values, always polite staff, great bargains if you don't need to run to the bigger stores.

Went here a day before Mother’s Day, and they still had carts and balloons and the store was well-stocked. Great job to the manager.

I have been in this area for years and this is the best this store has looked. The store is very clean and organized!! The staff is very helpful! The new manager Chris and his staff has this store looking brand new!

I like this dollar tree. The store is always together when I go in. The staff are friendly. It’s clean. I come to this location versus going to the Campcreek location. A lot more calmer with foot traffic majority of the time as far as store occupancy.

I have to say this Dollar Tree was among the best kept that i have been to in a while in Atlanta. Mabe because its near the mall but they have things in order. And the customer service was great!! @1journe

Very neat & well organized store w/lots of gr8 deals. I was shocked to learn that shopping carts must be RENTED now for small change but nonetheless rented...I never!!🤔

OMG I had my hands full and I dropped stuff and I even dropped my pocketbook and left it in the middle of the aisle and came back and it was still there.
