Kroger

I just needed Bacon Products and water. I got some bacon bits and Smithfield Bacon for breakfast. Kroger Bottled water.

Awrsome!!! With it being Thanksgiving Day you still was able to find everything in Krogers. Employers were very happy to assisting you needed it. Keep up the good work

I am delighted to say that this store has made some major improvements the past few months. They had a remodel last year and although it was a pain to endure everything is peachy. Kroger has special sales weekly and has become my favorite grocery store in Atlanta. Everyone gets a free item weekly. I love that. the digital coupons are bomb.

This location has ample employees and courteous service. Rarely do I have to wait in line for long. The store is clean. I wish it would go back to 24 hours but you can't have every thing.

I'm not one to complain and I usually don't comment one way or the other, but today was different. Normally I go to the Pharmacy at the Metropolitan Blvd Kroger. They were out of one of the medications I take. I called around to all the pharmacies in the area and the last place I called, because it was the furthest from my house, was the Kroger pharmacy on Headland at Greenbriar. Thankfully they had it. Normally at the Metropolitan store there is a considerable wait and they aren't friendly or are too busy to be. Not so different from most places and I'm not complaining. At the Kroger pharmacy on Headland, I couldn't have had a more positive, friendly and fast experience. Both of the women that were there were so awesome. Professional and helpful and friendly. Thier interaction with other customers while I was waiting (less than 5min.) was great. An elderly couple came behind me and they knew them by name and came out from behind the counter and gave them a hug. It was so nice to see. A perfect example of what customer service is all about. Sorry, I didn't get their names, but it was today ,Wednesday July 6,2016 at 3:52 pm.They deserve some positive acknowledgement.We will always go to the furthest store from our house in the future. I walked into this Kroger today and my groceries went over that amount that I had. With all that is going on and my job being closed I asked a young lady to take some items off. She asked me if I “needed” these items I said yes. She then paid for “all” of my groceries. In times like this, these are the people you have to thank God for. I am forever grateful, it really means so much. I wish I knew her name to knowledge her. But Thank you!

It's ok but there riding Cart's stay broke down and the manger care's less if they work or not because evertime I come here there or no riding Cart's except my one if you're lucky to get get it

This Kroger is located by Greenbriar Mall in Atlanta's working middle class, African American community. It was very nice and clean, with a friendly staff. I was helped with a smile by a produce employee and a customer service clerk. It was a pleasant experience...Thanks

I visted this branch today, not because it's my local Kroger, but because I was in the area. Anyone who knows me, knows that I absolutely despise the grocery store. Reason being... I hate waiting in the long lines so I frequent my local pharmacy that carries groceries for most items even though it's more expensive. But today, I was low on coffee and ran out of creamer... when there's no coffee "We have a problem"!! I popped in this Kroger which isn't necessarily in the best neighborhood, but it's where I grew up. To my surprise, I received some of the best customer service. People greeting me, asking if I found everything ok, and to top it off, EVERY single lane was open and the manager got on the loud speaker saying she needed all baggers to the front. I waited for 62 seconds in a crowded store. I was very impressed so much so, I shared my experience with everyone!! I will definitely go back to this grocery store. Thank You to everyone at Headland and Delowe for doing a stand up job in the neighborhood. I am so PROUD .

The store had a very good selection of all kinds of foods. It was very clean, orgenized and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and knowegable about the store and the product they sell. The only thang I did not like was the clearance section wich was to small and the selection was not as good as other krogers. I would recomend this Krogers to my friends or family.

This is one of our favorite locations. The people are always very friendly and helpful. They have stopped to assist us many times, either if it meant walk guiding to an item on the other side of the store.

Good shopping, good atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating and it's always clean and well lite. The hot bars have very delicious food.

Great parking and friendly cashiers and staff. Getting out of the plaza can be a bit of a headache during rush hours but its all a big circle if you know the area.

This is a nice Kroger to visit if you live in the area or if you are just visiting a friend or family member. The store is neat and clean and when I go I usually find everything I need there.

Quick,,, Fast and I could find everything I needed. The cashier Lady had a cold and was sneezing and coughing. When they're sick,, they need to stay at home.

Weather was cloudy and down but the store was refreshing and bright yes lines because it was the time when people are getting off from work taking care of bills and different activities in the store thanks Kroger
