State Farm was a great company for years. Never had to make a claim but always the best rate. Unfortunately Ms Pamela Jules failed to even ATTEMPT to resolve my one and only issue in 3 years. After cancelling a renters policy, they continued to bill me for 9 months. It was brought to my attention by a renewal letter and after several calls to Ms. Jules' office without any callback (3 weeks) I had to call state farm and file a complaint against her. They reached her immediately at 7pm in the evening, 2 hrs after her office closed (surprise), and now it has been 3 days and she still hasn't called me back to even TRY to help me with my billing issue. I was forced to file a complaint with the Department of Insurance showing how many times I called her office, the call durations, as well as the detailed billing from the phone company to prove that she never once made an attempt over more than 3 weeks to get in touch with me. State Farm is an amazing company but do not use Pamela Jules to write any of your policies. You'd have better luck getting a claim through "The General" fly by night insurance company. A complaint was filed with the DOI and within 24 hrs state farm called me back to formally address my complaint against Ms Jules' office. I guess the DOI takes this stuff seriously because they grilled me on the phone about when I called, who I spoke with, how long we were on the phone, what was said, what their response was... which I why I volunteered to show my detailed phone bill. Also, the girl who answers her phone is ratchet and sassy. Whatever your name is, I dont care for you. Sweetheart...if yall dont call me back within 3 weeks you're damn straight I'm going to send a signed certified letter. But miss thing who answers the phone immediately jumped off the deep end with her attitude saying "dont threaten me". Ha. I'm not threatening. I'm basically BEGGING you guys to call me back to help resolve a little 11 dollar a month snafu. You clearly failed to help resolve a simple issue, but its Marietta so what can you expect. It's probably more my fault for signing up with someone in that area but they were close to work and I figured theyd be easily accessible if anything ever happened.

Pamela, I called you for weeks. All you had to tell me was I needed to provide you proof of cancellation which I was able to pull from my email. You're a shame to the State Farm name, especially for pushing me as far as leaving this review because you seriously should not be worth 2 more minutes of my life. Call me and state your claim and reasoning why you didnt return my calls and I promise to delete this review. You have single handedly caused this to happen ma'am and it is your professional duty to tend to your accounts whether you want to or not.

Do not use this lady. She will jack up your rates every time your renewal is up even if you have a perfect driving record. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
