Landing Square

I recently moved into a one bedroom here.
Honestly, the apartments are OK. But, for the price I can make the best.
However, what really made me love my apartment and gave me the confidence to make this my new home was my leasing agent Whittanie. She was all smiles and very honest.
Everything she said she would do she did, very professionally and in a timely manner. I felt like a valuable customer the entire experience with her. She was so knowledgeable of the property and familiar with the amenities and shared with me all the reasons why this would be a great place for me to stay! She even recommended a local yoga studio and sushi bar im excited to try just minutes away from the property!! I am so happy and so thankful for the experience and amazing customer service I received.

This property was clean and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I’m relocating back to Atlanta and I worked directly with Whitney to complete my move-in details. I did a tour and grabbed my keys Monday. Keep up the good work Landing Square!

Whittanie’s customer service was amazing. She helped me get my apartment and led me through the whole process. Mrs. Patricia also had great customer service with helping me get everything started.

The new maintenance team is great. Steven was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through everything that he was doing in my unit

I moved here in July of 2023. A month of being here I made a list of things that needed to be repaired. I even went as far as going to the office numerous times and the agent at the time also put in a work order as well and still the list of repairs has went uncompleted. After talking to Mrs. Patricia, my list has now been completed as of 04/15/2024. Thank you Ramon for getting the list done in one day with recommendations as well.

I really love the apartment complex. It’s a great area very convenient. You have the mall across the street. You have the grocery stores furniture stores. It’s just everything is in this area very clean and quiet The residents are quiet and mind their business. The people in the rent office are very nice and answer any questions you have. all for a while, a great neighborhood. I love my unit.

I want to thank Whittanie for taking me on a tour and helping me with my application on-site after my tour ! I can’t wait to move in tomorrow and enjoy my new home ! The grounds are well kept the Buildings are safely gated love it so far !

I love it out here. It's pleasant, the staff is wonderful and very helpful if you have any questions. The community is clean and comfortable. You will love it here. Plus, you're next door to Greenbriar Mall.
