Arby's

Upon arriving I was third in line at the Drive-thru. I was greeted by a nice lady. She seemed happy and eager to work . I told her what I would like she was great cause she also had suggestive sales. I declined. But she did a very great job and in a speedy fashion. I also liked the fact that I had all condiments needed for my order. These wings was so yummy. The sauce is so good. Plus my food was fresh and hot upon receiving it in a timely manner.

Guys, the taste is delicious.! I always enjoy it, but today wanted to try the NEW SMOKE MOUNTAIN that looked great in the picture .. and this is what I got.. 🙄🙄🙄 Anyways .. always Smokey and tasty 😋

Stopped here for a quick pick up meal. The orange cream shake is SOOOOO good! We ended up getting a free apple turnover too, not sure if it was given by mistake but that made me smile!

The guy working last night on 2/13, deserves a raise 🙏🏾💯

Man you guys don't know how lucky you are..ive been to this location several times but never had a crew treat me this good. They had genuine care for all their guest and took ownership and pride over their jobs..passionately detail cleaning chairs and things in the dining room. It was incredible to see a whole staff be led by a manager with the balance of heart for the people and pride in the job. Every customer that left tonight rang that bell...and so will I...

Came inside today with a friend who just got out of the hospital... he isn't fully with it yet.... the patience the GM displayed while taking our order was absolutely amazing.... she was a blessing.

The 1700 store on Howell Mill rd, Atlanta, GA is absolutely the best in metro Atlanta. The manager, assistant manager, and staff the most friendly people I have ever had the experience of being served by.

Manager was very polite and respectable. Staff was very helpful and kind. Food is great, onion rings slightly overcooked but still acceptable. Sliders are a great substitute for a full sandwich. Very generously-sized drinks. A most satisfying lunch indeed ☺

One of my favorite local places due to the service. I always get friendly, professional service in the drive thru. Good customer service is hard to find, so i tend to frequent places like this. Great work guys

I haven't eaten my food yet, still waiting on it. Just had to get on and write about KEELA! She was so kind, made me smile, and made coming here great. I'd come back just for her!

I know, 5 stars for fast food??
This Arby's location is consistently the best in metro Atlanta. Food is food and this review is not about the food; it is about the people, location and attitude.

1. 100/100 for the last three months. I have visited this location since 2/2015 and it is always clean during a lunch rush or during the evenings when it is much slower. Restrooms are spotless and stocked. Tables are bussed quickly. The outside is almost always free of debris.
2. Spent my lunch hour there today, 3/15/16. Several people spent 40+ minutes walking around the inside and outside noting every detail of the restaurant. You will see one photo where the manager is noting the light fixture. He moved it side to side... Every each of this place was scrutinized.
3. I have eaten here just about every Tuesday for over a year and my orders are always 100% correct. Most orders have subtraction and additions to the sandwich.
4. Staff is always friendly, lively and engaging when I visit.

I was so impressed today I had to do a review. I am ashamed I have not reviewed earlier given the outstanding service here.

I think Arby's has really elevated their menu game over the last decade, or so, and I enjoy the food. This particular location is renovated, so it feels open and inviting. Lastly the staff here has always been super friendly...which I don't feel is very common in the fast food/quick service restaurant space.

Beef n Cheddar on a regular bun. Also try the curly fries with the spicy sauce...OMG! Everyone in this store was so nice and friendly. It was super clean too. I didn't ring the bell, but hopefully they feel great with 5 Stars. Thank you for today!

Rarely do you find a restaurant that actually cares about the service you receive and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure YOU are satisfied. At Arby's on Howell Mill Rd, this is exactly what you will find!! The staff is friendly and very helpful! The manager (Mark) is AWESOME!!! Not only did he fix the error but went well beyond giving me a free combo coupon, upsizing my fries and even gave me a free chocolate milkshake!! Talk about customer service.. it's rare but when you find it... it's such a great feeling. I absolutely LOVE this restaurant!!!

Took them a few minutes to get to the counter which they were very apologetic about. The quality of the food and food portions are well worth the price. The staff was friendly and attentive and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Kudos!

I recently went to Arby’s drive-through and there was a gentleman cashier that was I assume in a hurry to get off work they did not properly satisfy me with my food. I went back and told the manager what happened and they had already handled the situation replace my food had me feeling very please yes I will be returning back to this restaurant plus it was so clean!

I visited this arby's today around 11am, and the service was great. The gentleman that took and served my order was very pleasant and courteous. Not what I expected from a fast food place but I'll take it. Left witha positive vibe, thought I'd leave a good review to show appreciation.

The people at this Arby's are super pleasant! Have gone to a few other Arby's yet I feel they keep a high standard of taste here. Their milkshakes, reubens, loaded curly fries, and curly fries look and taste delectable. So good!

Great service, good food. The dining room and restrooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is easy to turn into, which makes this a great pit stop if you're driving through on 75.

So friendly and kind. Probably the best Arbys I have ever been to.
