All I can say is WOW!! Caitlin and the JDC Team took care of me and saved me from a potential tragedy as I had two cracks on my wedding band. The service here is 5+ stars and they go above and beyond to help you. They took in my ring, walked me through each step, and gave me back my ring in like new condition. I am very happy and I highly recommend you stop here for all your jewelry needs. I know I'll be back to get my ring serviced and get a custom present made for my husband in the near future.

I found Kaitlyn to be very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I had my doubts coming in, expecting to be subjected to a “hard sell” routine. But she was so nice and so understanding about my repair issue, I took a few more pieces to her when I went to pick up my wedding ring. Also gave her card to my good friend next door, as she has a few repair projects too. So happy to have found you!

Emily and Quincy exceeded my expectations on several levels. I have a hard enough time picking out a pair of pants, let alone an engagement ring for the love of my life. Every time I go the staff is exceptional. They clean my ring on a regular basis, and I didn't even buy it from them. I lost a diamond and they replaced and seen that others were loose and fixed it all and was extremely reasonable in price. They are always so willing to answer questions on jewelry and custom designing. I always recommend to anyone I know who looking for jewelry or needs cleaning or fixing.

Always an amazing experience at JDC. They take such great care of all my jewelry. I am always greeted with a smile and leave satisfied with the work done on my jewelry and the prices are very fair! I worked with Taylor at my most recent visit to check my diamond rings and have a necklace repaired. I was very impressed with her knowledge and would recommend her to anyone.

I needed help with deciphering some of my mothers jewelry. They were extremely helpful and efficient. There was a bracelet that required repair. It was repaired beautifully. They are now redoing my engagement ring and I can’t wait to see the results. DNW

What an amazing experience in every way. Carrie very nicely greeted me as I entered into the Design Center and within minutes all my jewelry needs were met. I needed my broken wedding ring to be redesigned or replaced and new batteries in several of my watches. My husband returned with me and we changed our order from repairing my ring to upgrading to a new ring. Carrie was extremely pleasant and helpful with all of our decisions. She’s an expert in her field. Everyone who assisted and helped us at this design store were as equally pleasant and helpful. Their jewelry is superb and costumer service is quick and efficient. Brought my wife’s wedding ring to have a missing stone replaced under our insurance claim with Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance. The jeweler also suggested to have additional prong tips redone to prevent us from coming back when we inevitably lost another stone. Taylor was very helpful and friendly getting everything taken care of for us. Work was completed within a couple days and they billed our insurance directly, which saved us a bunch of hassle. The ring looks amazing! Just like it was brand new. We will definitely be returning here for any future jewelry repair needs.

Great place to buy from! They seem to have great quality diamonds. Carrie was very nice and inviting, I don’t know much about rings but she took the time to answer all of my questions even if they’re stupid. She wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do or wasn’t ready for. I went there twice and she took the time to show me a variety of diamonds and rings to make up my mind, and eventually on the third visit she helped me seal the deal. I loved how easy she was to work with and how inviting the store is, will definitely go back there again.
