Free Culture Clothing

Yesterday I went into Free Culture Clothing with an agenda. I had to have a back up dress for a very important date coming up. This was to be my first stop. I HATE shopping for dresses and have no girl friends here to go with. The day was already difficult. Off to the mall I went and this was my first stop. Let me tell you the girl was AMAZING. We tried to find something that would work. She was more then kind and fun to work with. She helped my day turn around by her enthusiasm and kindness. She is the only one that helped at the mall. Not one other person in the entire mall even said hello when I walked in. Thank you Shaun for having such an amazing member on your team. Even though I ended up not buying a dress for myself and bought something for my bf instead it was still a great experience and I will be back!

So there i was, looking to purchase a pink and blue sweatshirt with the dolphins on it. Ready to purchase, I realized I didn't have my card. The day was hectic as was and realized I had lost my card on the bus or something. He was willing to hold that sweatshirt for as long as I needed cuz he knew I really wanted that sweatshirt. You're a real one Shaun! God bless you my man!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Free Culture Clothing Store in their newer location in Columbia Center Mall. They are located down near Barnes and Noble. Shaun, the owner is awesome...very friendly and extremely helpful. They have fun unique clothing and accessories. I will definitely be shopping there again! You never know what fun purchase you will find! Enjoy your experience.

We purchased about 15 crew neck sweaters from this store. Quality fabric! Cute sweaters.

Absolutely love this store! Shawn's passion for fashion and his business shines through in everything he does. Always so helpful and great fresh looks coming in all the time. Definitely go give this boutique a visit!

These guys were super friendly and nice. Their clothing and accessories are all originals. They set up in the cold in Pasco, W.A., for Winterfest. They hooked me and my friends up with a great deal on their shirts. We absolutely are going back to this store soon. It is so nice to find art in clothing. I love it, and I think everyone else will too!

This store is rude when they say they're open they're not. Then there was someone inside so I knocked because they're supposed to be open they didn't come to the door. RUDE.
It has been brought to my attention that because I left a bad review, which is just my opinion, that was harassment. In my opinion harassment would be going back to a store knowing what they're hours were. If people take other people's opinion instead of making they're own is insane.
So you may see that the ratings don't match my first two paragraphs, the reason us dimple. The owner of the Free Culture Clothing messaged me & explained the misunderstanding of the holiday hours. He also explained that though there may have been someone in side the business it was the cleaning crew. Thank Me Ehler for the chance for me too reconsider my disapproval of your business. I really love this place. Great selection of quality clothing and accessories. Amazing customer service and its locally owned. This shop is located in downtown Kennewick in the historic district and its very welcoming and has a fun vibe. There's so much there, I highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

My husband and I love free culture clothing. Every time I go in Shaun is there happy and eager to help us fine some awesome attire. Down town Kennewick is the best place to shop. And free culture is our go to! #shoplocal #shopsmall.

I’m a plus size gal so when I go into shops like this I don’t expect to find anything in my size and I did! And I love the stuff I got. The owner helped me while I was in the dressing room and made helpful suggestions of what would look good with the items I bought . Will definitely be going back..

Stumbled upon this shop and was surprised at how great their selection is!! They carry a bunch of brands I love like Element, Volcom, and Fox. PLUS they make there own teeshirts too! 😍

I was going to pick up items from wish that were delivered their and the guy was very nice and helpful. They had really cute clothing as well!
