I got my clothes on time.
They were clean and starched exactly like I asked. PLEASED AND WILL BE BACK.

I have always been happy with their cleaning and they have a very talented seamstress on site.

Never had a problem here. Clothes come back clean and on time. The staff are nice and have always been helpful.

Always like my cleaning but the lady that runs the place is taking it down. All the young kids are great. Today she told me to slow down. She couldn't find my cleaning under my number and then when I kindly said Thank You she walked away from me. I stopped her again said Thank you and she stared at me. I told her I will not be back. Said that it takes days to get your cleaning.

Terrible experience. I tried to have a jean skirt altered and they charged me $40.00 for this. The skirt cost $50.00 and when I went back because it was not what i wanted based on measurements the ladies i talked to looked at each other and rolled their eyes in a disrespectful manner.

They proceeded to charge me another $20.00 f0r additional adjustments even though I gave them an indication of the length I wanted.

Currently recruiting my ex military spouse and husband at this point to get my money back . Terrible place.

i went to this place last year to get my prom dress altered. i asked for a slit in my dress and asked the lady if she could do it and that it is ok if not, she said she could so i left it there for a few weeks for her to do. for starters they didn’t have it finished till the day before my prom which is stressful enough… then i look at my dress and it looks like 5 burnt holes in my dress, they didn’t tell me or call me to mention that. when i asked them about it they said they didn’t know what happened and where acting very clueless. they where pretending not to understand what i was saying because they are a different ethnicity. on top of that i payed like 100$ for the alterations and only got 20$ back after they ruined my dress the day before prom and i had to find a cheap one to work. ruined my whole experience.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i would give a 0 star if it was possible.

For the record, today’s May 12, 2023. I’ve had several of the same unworn, brand new suits altered over the course of several months. The Asian female owner charged me close to $400 to alter both the pants and jackets on the first occasion. I returned several months later as they were summer suits not to be worn in cold weather. The cleaners owner charged me for redos stating that I waited too long and that it was a different seamstress now in which she needed to be compensated. So, I paid $190 for the redos. All the suit pants afterwards needed still another redo. When I appeared to pickup my garments today, the owner charged me $65 for one of the waist alterations, which I didn’t expect.
Further, on my last visit, I provided the seamstress with a $20 tip which I placed on the counter as I left. The owner told me that neither she nor the seamstress picked up the money and the owner said that she didn’t know what happened to the $20.
Finally, the seamstress said for me not to return to her cleaners to which I remarked that she doesn’t have the power to bar me from the store, arbitrarily, as I’m a county resident and am not creating a disturbance.
I will follow up with the proper authorities including the BBB. If anyone knows who owns the shopping center or leases the cleaners to Spot Out, I’d greatly appreciate knowing!
Upon perusing the reviews, I read in the reviews that the female Asian owner treats her workers like 2nd class citizens — both the young kids and the adult black female. To that end, that same owner removed the privilege of the black female worker to hem (my) trousers, who had been doing so for years! The result would come out perfectly. Had the owner not done this approximately a year ago, I conceivably wouldn’t be posting this negative review. Apparently, the seamstresses of the same race — Asian — needs better training with measurements. By the way, both the female worker and I are of the same race! 🤔

I've been coming to this location for 10 years... Until now! Brought in three brand new pairs of pants... First off, they aren't supposed to be creased! They decided to crease them down the sides of the pants nowhere near the seam. I confronted them about it and told them there wasn't supposed to be any creases in those particular pants. They ended up creasing them anyways and then removed the creases in all of my other pants that were supposed to be creased. Really??? When I confronted the owner, she proceeds to insinuate that I put the crease in the pants. What? Then she tells me that I need to tell them each and every time if I want a crease or not... I'm not sure why it is such a big deal to just crease them if they are already creased, or not crease them if there aren't any creases!!! Never again!

This place destroyed my evening gown! They called to tell me that the black bled into the white. I'm like, what the hell kind of solution are ya'll using! So I told them they better fix it! So without my permission, they took the dress apart to fix the white part of the dress. The dress is now a hot mess because she didn't put it back together right. Last time I checked, Ralph Lauren didn't work at that cleaners! I am very upset and will demand compensation for my gown today even if I have to obtain a lawyer.
Find another cleaners...don't bother with this one!
