We used Pro Clean to clean the carpets in our farmhouse. We have several dogs and needed the carpets cleaned twice a year. Each time he was very accommodating with our schedule and did a great job. His helper was a very polite hard working young man who we were also impressed with.

We needed nine area rugs (ie. 9X12, 8X10, 5X8) cleaned. Some of the rugs were wool, some polypropylene, and even an oriental rug. Mike came and picked them all up and returned them promptly on our time table. His company did an excellent job. He was always available by phone or email. All nine rugs turned out beautiful, returned with no smell, and had scotchguard added. Dirt and pet stains were gone The cost was extremely fair compared to other companies we checked. He charged $595 for all nine. Others had said they would do it for close to $1,000. My husband and I highly recommend Pro Clean. We support our local businesses.

Our dog had an accident on our carpet. I tried to shampoo the area myself and made the situation worse. I phoned ProClean and Mike was able to come the same day to clean and treat the carpet. He is very professional, personable and does quality work.
