AT&T Store

Tia helped me with an overdue upgrade for my dads phone. My dad prefers android and I am a Iphone user so I don't know too much about androids. Tia was very helpful with explaining the features of the different androids.
The phone my dad wanted wasn't in stock in Dunkirk. Tia called Prince Frederick to see if the phone was in stock. When it wasn't Tia ordered the phone and had it sent to her store at the Dunkirk location so that she could assist my dad in setting his phone up (he isn't electronic savvy).
Tia provided amazing customer service! She was friendly, patient and she went above and beyond!!

Sharkiya and Tia at the AT&T store in Dunkirk MD were absolutely amazing in getting my Verizon phone number and device transferred over to AT&T. Since I had transferred my plan via an Independent contractor at a Walmart, which I have since learned you should never do, there were a few hiccups. These ladies were thorough, patient and optimistic that they could help. They called several different departments, helped me access my previous Verizon account number, set up my SIM card and made sure my phone was working. I would highly recommend the Dunkirk store and especially Sharkiya and Tia.

My wife and I are in our 70s. We broke down and bought two iPhone 13 cell phones. We got them in two days. We had no clue as to how to transfer info from old phones to the new ones and a wonderful young lady named Sharkira in the Dunkirk Maryland ATT store helped us every step of the way. She was patient and professional, genial and all in all a fantastic person to work with. Give that young lady a raise. She’s a gem of an employee.

Great store with great information. They helped me out with my new watch and even got me a free additional watch for my son. They explained I could hook it up as a stand alone line so I could keep in touch with my son anytime anywhere. Great team with knowledgeable staffing.

I was having trouble because AT&T sent me a new phone which was supposed to upgrade me from 3G to 5G. But, l had already bought a new phone that was better than what they sent me & wanted to keep that one. Sharkira was awesome in switching out the SIM card for me and making sure everything worked right in a matter of minutes, with a wonderful smile. I appreciated her awesome service. I would ask for her by name if l needed help again.

Stopped in to this AT&T store hoping someone could help with a pretty basic problem Sure enough Sharkiya solved both problems in a timely and efficient wway. She was amazingly patient with our general lack of knowledge (ask us about writing books or remodeling houses and we are great) She represented the best in customer service and I wanted to let the world know. We absolutely loved our experience when working with Sarah and Matt! We are first responders and not only did they treat us like family but they made sure we benefited from serving our community through AT&Ts FirstNet program. They were with us answering any and all questions and helping along the way ensuring a smooth transition from an old service to their services. I wish I could give MORE THAN 5 STARS! They were amazing!
