I've gone here for many years and the service I receive deserves a 5. In the last 20 years I've seen other associates from H&R Block and there were times I've had to go elsewhere but I feel comfortable here and will continue going here as long as the people dont change.

1. Because I'm NOT computer savvy. 2. The computer I do have is very slow. 3. Tax laws change from year to year, and I'm not interested enough to keep current on the changes. 4. I'm lazy.
