My husband and I came into Bayside Chevrolet to look, not really planning to buy that day. My husband bought his truck there a couple of years ago and wanted to start with Bayside for my new vehicle. From Shane the Sales Manager to Donnie in Sales, to Ashley in Service... all deserve 5 stars! They made trading in my Tahoe for my ordered Suburban easy. In and out in under an hour, no hidden fees/ charges/ all was what was discussed prior. Sadly, another local dealership lost our business (after being with them 20+ years), and Bayside won family business. Will continue to go back and drive the 45 mins for the excellent customer service!

Antonio was absolutely lovely to work with. He helped me prepare for my new car virtually before I made the hour drive to see the vehicle. He was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, and very friendly. Overall experience was excellent considering I haven’t bought a brand new car in years and the purchase was very last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.

A great experience with buying our new Tahoe. We worked with Antonio and Jay, and they both were friendly, and very helpful. Antonio was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and it’s technology. . He walked us through how to set up everything, and the vehicle’s settings. Highly recommend him and Bayside Chevrolet!

Antonio took his time to get us the price we needed, the vehicle I wanted and made the process smooth during our purchase. We made a 2.5 ride (which ended up being a 3.5 hour ride one way due to traffic) with a 4 year old who at that point just wanted to get up and move around. He didn’t judge in fact he gave her a balloon and let her chase it through the lobby as it floated in the air. It was so refreshing to not have to hear her be upset or throw a fit while making such a large purchase knowing we then have to drive the same distance back home. As a mother of 3 that is what it means to go above and beyond. Thank you Antonio for being a great sales man but also showing you’re a great dad and understanding what parenting sometimes looks like.

This past Saturday we decided to trade in my old Equinox (which was purchased from Bayside, third time we have purchased from them) in for a new Equinox. From the time we walked through the door our sales consultant Donnie Elliott made this whole trade-in, buying experience unlike any I have had in the past, from him taking the time to explain each step, to staying with us through the whole process and his friendliness and professionalism, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car/truck. Also Shane, the Sales Manager was top notch along with the financing portion (which is typically the worst).
