MVA - Prince Frederick

Fast, Efficient and Excellent Service. Took me 20 minutes to renew my Driver's License including eye exam!!

Staff was very kind and patient at this location and took the time to explain what we needed.

The service was much better. One lady must had retired that waited on me the first time. She didn't know what I was talking about.I went back that next week ,different lady,same question was out in 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable lady.

Very efficient and courteous staff. Got my stuff done in 20 mn. I also never had the luxury to sit while getting my paperwork done at the counter. An easy 5 stars.

Went to MVA in Prince Frederick to get a registration for my other car. I didn't have an appointment. There was no one in the waiting room nor being assisted.

It was only a 2-minute wait. The young lady who assisted me did not introduce herself, however she was neatly dressed, polite and courteous. $5 later, I was done. This was the CLEANEST & NEATEST MVA I have ever been to.

I got an appointment booked online and had to wait 2 months ;[ but I have never been in and out of a DMV so fast. The staff I dealt with were also very efficient. Maybe I got lucky, but I hope any and all future visits will be just as positive an experience. Thanks staff of MVA Prince Frederick 👍

I received an email that I had a scheduled appointment at the Prince Frederick MVA location to renew my CDL. The entire process was Super easy. Thanks to Miss Regina H. She was very professional and pleasant. I was in and out in a timely manner. THANK YOU Regina !!!!!!

Had to have title work done. I researched the mva website first, found the info i needed and filled out the forms prior to my visit. Staff was very helpful and it was actually was a pretty quick visit.

Long appointment lead times online but not a fault of the Prince Frederick branch. Made appointment in November for Jan 21st time slot. However, once there, the process was efficient, secure, & fast even during COVID times.

We were on site to renew my 94 year old uncle's photo ID. He was accommodated upon his arrival, a little before his appointment time. It was a much appreciated DMV experience!

I was first in line today 4/3/19, they verified my paperwork did the eye test and was out of there in about 20 minutes. I had stopped by the other day and was told I had a hour wait, so I decided to try today only earlier. Get there early the lines where backing up when I left.

Say what you will the appointment process works wonderful is wonderful. 2:30 appointment Out by 245. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Actually enjoyed my visit.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The staff here are excellent. Total time from check in to finish for a renewed license was 7 minutes!

I thought it would be horrible, because it's what it is, bureaucracy, but everyone was very efficient and helpful. I forgot a document though so it was still difficult lol
