Calvert Heath is the best place in Calvert County for physical therapy; our family has tried several others. I worked with all the therapists in the Dunkirk office; they were consistently kind and knowledgeable. They helped me to strengthen my neck, and get strategies for protecting it going forward. I also very much appreciated the physical massage and the TENS pain relieving treatment. I almost look forward to getting injured again! Lol. They are really terrific.

Very personable, even when they’re busy. I went to physical therapy here for about 8 months and they helped me walk again. They’re willing to push you to get better but also willing to ease up if you’re hurting too badly that day. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Kevin and his team work well together. Everyone is kind, caring, helpful and professional. They incorporate a workout that is geared toward your goal and work you to your potential. At first, I was pretty sore but within time my arthritic knee felt normal again. The atmosphere was comfortable, friendly and even fun. I was actually sorry my time there ended. I highly recommend physical therapy at the Dunkirk office. They are a great group that will focus on you and your specific needs. You will not be disappointed.

Staff (Kevin, Patricia, Kyle & Amy) provided very good services in dealing with my back issue. The Therapists are knowledgeable & provide excellent guidance. The staff are all friendly & made me feel comfortable. My condition improved after completing my sessions with the staff. Alexandra in the front office was very helpful in getting appointments set & providing answers to my questions concerning insurance etc. I highly recommend this facility & the staff.

Kevin, Patrica, and Kyle are the best. I had a total knee replacement and they had me back as good as new in 6 weeks. I would recommend this group to anyone. From the office staff to the therapists everything is top notch!

I have been very happy with the care I have received from CalvertHealth Outpatient Rehabilitation Dunkirk. I am currently having therapy on my right shoulder after surgery. After just a few weeks, my strength and range of motion have improved. They also helped me recover from left shoulder surgery two years ago. Sharon is my regular Physical Therapist. I enjoy working with her because she always finds ways to challenge me that improve my strength and flexibility. Sharon and rest of the staff are wonderful. Their friendly smiles and attitudes brighten my day!

I came to CHOR for recovery from a sciatic nerve injury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and Dr. Constantino were professional, attentive and friendly. They made my time there FUN, while receiving treatment. You can tell that they care a lot for their patients and like to keep their culture fun and light and yet very professional too. I highly recommend this Dunkirk location for any physical therapy needs.

My teenage son needed physical therapy after an extensive surgery on his femur. We were extremely happy with the care, attention and direction provided to him by Christine and the team. Besides the therapy itself, they built a great rapport with him and he always looked forward to his sessions. We recommend them and will definitely use them for any PT needs in the future.

I’ve been a patient of CalvertHealth Outpatient Rehab in Dunkirk for a long list of injuries and surgeries, including both shoulders, both elbows, my knee and my wrist, so I’ve spent a LOT of time getting treated there, and figure if anybody has the knowledge and the expertise to give a review, I do, lol! The whole staff is extraordinarily knowledgeable in the rehab techniques that made a difference to me and my recovery, in a time frame that was quicker and more thorough than I ever anticipated, and never failed to leave me amazed at the things my body could recover from so well under their care.

The rehab center is directed by Christi Constantino, who has a DPT in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and I mention that because an advanced degree in the field was important in my selection of this Calvert Health rehab facility. I figure that somebody’s continued education in the field shows a dedication to improvement, professionalism, and knowledge in the current cutting edge treatment options in injury recovery, so the person setting the agenda for the facility having a Doctor of Physical Therapy was a criteria that I valued.

You can tell that the great staff, Sharon, Karen, Kyle, Patricia, and Hillary, take their customer service oriented lead from Christi, and the welcoming attitude and true dedication to the patients is apparent with everybody in the practice. It was one of those places that surprised me by making me look forward to coming to my sessions for an often difficult, painful task, but the enthusiasm and family-like atmosphere made coming to the treatments enjoyable and productive, as I became aware of the real improvements that came with each treatment session.

I started my Physical therapy treatment with Dr. Christine Constantino a few weeks ago and not only is she personable and very knowledgeable- she goes above & beyond. She personally delivered a tens unit to me because I was in so much pain. I would highly recommend her.
I also need to mention the other staff as they are all very nice & efficient.

I cannot express how much I love this place, especially Dr. Constantino. She is the most compassionate, patient, and competent person. She is always smiling, gives you undivided attention and treats you with the utmost respect. Cannot recommend her and this place enough.
