This gym is the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH for this 56 year old! Erick has truly changed my body for the better - tough workouts (the kickboxing is AMAZING), but the RESULTS? Just incredible. He is a highly knowledgeable trainer and KNOWS what to do to get you in shape!

If you are looking for personalized training or a group training atmosphere this trully is the place for you. I have had trainers in the past and belonged to multiple gyms but none as thorough and dedicated as Erick. I feel like he offers something for everyone and he is trully passionate about what he does.

Awesome gym and amazing trainer. Erick is extremely knowledgeable and promotes full body functionality. Our whole family works out at ETA and loves it!

If you are looking for a place where your commitment matters, this is it. Erick keeps you motivated and moving. Workouts/classes constantly change but your fitness always remains a priority. Very friendly atmosphere.

Excellent place to work as for women and families trying to get in shape together. Also offer a daycare, which is great!
