Walmart Pharmacy

We have used this pharmacy 3 times now and each time has been a positive experience. The pharmacist, Constance, and tech, Carrina are so nice and caring. Unfortunately, we are coming from evening Urgent Care appts and getting to the pharmacy within minutes of the pharmacy closing. It’s never been a problem and the pharmacist always makes sure that we get the medicine we need and goes over the instructions with us. She always takes the time and never rushes us. This is now my go to pharmacy for now on. In my opinion, they are the best pharmacy in the county.

I've been going here for a year and each person I've talked to at the pharmacy has been extremely friendly and helpful, whether that's over the phone or in person.

Supper helpful, kind and caring people. Reese always seems to help me and she is the best!

We shop there all the time

I've always hada good experience there except when they don't keep my medication on hand. The .staff is ALWAYS wonderful, smiling and they actually know who you are! They are positive and refreshing given that most retail pharmacy's are cattle callS!

Terrible. Incompetent staff. Can never walk in and pickup a prescription without some sort of issue.

Went to go get my Covid booster shot with hubby and it appears that their signs WALK INs welcomed are a big lie. The pharmacy tech said covid boosters & shots are by appointment only. Sign is just there to let people know we do covid shots but no walk ins. Thanks for wasting our time.

Didn’t understand why it had one star, but I learned on my third time there..today. It’s definitely not the customers fault when they neglect to fill a script called in a day and a half ago, but according to them it is...Your extra “verification” could have been done in the 16 (+) hours you had the order. After that I was told “we don’t give times” when I asked when it would be ready. Literally dumb af, every pharmacy everywhere gives estimated time frames. Ew. Btw the pharmacist is actually really nice, it’s one of the techs. She saw this interaction I had and told me 15 minutes. Thanks nice pharmacist, please get new assistants.

I literally do not now how they are still in business. By far the most ignorant rude and over all unhelpful employees I have come across. And I feel some of my prescriptions in PG county and the people there are so sweet and nice compared to these people. The Walmart in Dunkirk is by far the best place to shop and failure prescriptions they are kind they wanna help in any way they can and they don't judge. Dunkerk Walmart should get an award. The Prince Frederick Walmart needs to be shut down the lady at the drop off is the most ignorant nasty human being I've ever come across and I'm definitely not the only one who has said this period I don't know how these people still have jobs

Very inconvenient. Always open late. Close for lunch. My prescription is never ready when the automated system predicts.
