Hands down by far my favorite place to shop. The owners as well as models are so happy and upbeat and make shopping so much fun. As a plus size queen they have made my life so much better with clothes that fit my body type. The quality is unmatched! It's incredible. I no longer get stressed when shopping for clothes I get excited!! I also love that they have so much to offer things for the whole family! I will never shop anywhere else. They don't treat you like customers but like family!

Every single person at this boutique will always hold a special place in my heart! The girls and the lives have saved me more than they know from myself! They have all size models that model on each body type, they have full size runs on most of their items, they support those who give back and also give back themselves, customer service is bomb, and out of the 2 1/2 years I’ve shopped there I’ve only sent back 3 items that was the wrong size and definitely my fault!! I’ve been shopping with Bird & Co. for a year and it just keeps getting better. I love their live shopping videos on social media as well as their easy to use app. It makes shopping so quick and easy. One of the most important things is their descriptions of items as I am online shopper because of being out of state. Their dedication to making sure they get all the details across and their variety of models helps so much!

I did receive a refund on my postage a for the shirts. They did end up working with me and making right.
I am thankful for them reaching out and and making this right.
I mailed a sweater back it was huge way to big for me said I would take a smaller one if they had one I never heard back so I called. I had to provide the tracking number then they found my package. I was told because it was on a live sale with a % off it was non returnable. I pointed out all the return policies they have posted and that came with the shirt in print and they said sorry we will update the policy but we mention it in the live video. I had to pay to have my oversized shirt returned to me. The tag I just posted I just took off the shirt I decided to wash the shirt and hope it will shrink

This is The most amazing little boutique! The owner and her Husband & crew are so helpful and give five star customer service. No questions asked, the customer always comes first and all concerns are always taken care of immediately. They have always gone above and beyond anytime I needed help. They answer your Messages in an unbelievable lickety split time frame. All your items usually ship within two days and if you download the free app, and shop during their lives, you get free shipping. During their lives, they take time to answer everyone’s questions and try on different sizes and with everyone pulling them in different directions, I have never seen nothing but HAPPY, SMILING CAN DO ATTITUDES!!! Sara is just the most beautiful person inside and out and has the biggest heart! Her company is all about giving back. Many of her product lines give back and she is continually giving back to her community. I do just about all my clothing and gift shopping through this company and their sister company “The Nest” I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do too! I just can’t say enough nice things about Bird & Co.

I came across this boutique at the beginning of the year! I have switched to purchasing a lot, and I mean a lot of my items here....and here is why! Bird & Co is a local business about 25 minutes down the road from me, they do anything and everything to make sure your purchase is EXCEPTIONAL! They include PLUS SIZE models!! That’s a big one for me && they give back to their community!

Sara and Tyler have done an AMAZING job creating the tribe they have at this store! && my favorite part is how you can jump on a Facebook live video and I guarantee you, they just about know what you like, your style, and something about your life!
