Chili's Grill & Bar

Food and drinks were very good. Bartender was our server and was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

Great location! Very clean and fast service , Tierra was a perfect server, and the food was great!! Honestly, fast food costs as much or more but can't even come close. Great job management and staff .

I arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes before closing. The staff still greeted me happily with smiling faces. They did not rush or act out of the way because of the time. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with any Chili's. 5 stars all the way

April the server was on top of it all from hospitable to refill water when low without asking and Kayden the host was great and helpful. Thanks for a great experience after a long day of work.

Our waiter on Carlos was amazing, he was attentive, fast, and funny. Carlos also gave us a suggestion on a sauce combo for the burger I ordered and it was really good. Overall he made our experience this Friday night a great one and definitely one to remember.

We went out after the big snow storm 12.8.18. To find something to eat. Not really thinking that anything would be. But going down Franklin Blvd. We could smell food. And it was good. Looked over and let was Chili's. We went on and I heard a lady tell someone else the same thing. They only had a couple of people who made it in at noon. Roads very bad. And they were getting busy. But the kept up. Very well. We ordered a bunch of stuff and it was great. Slowly we seen other workers that made it in. They did a great job. Under the gun. They won my business. That you.

Tonight we celebrated my mom’s 71st Birthday- her choice Chili’s.
Our wait was really not that long at all, 15 mins or so and we were seated. We even received an apology for the long wait but we truly didn’t think the wait was that long at all.
April was our server and absolutely amazing! She truly kept everyone happy in her entire section and really held a very busy dinner service down. We were super impressed by her and all of the staff tonight.
We would definitely come back just to have this amazing service again! Food came out super fast, It was fresh and delicious! Thank you Gastonia Chili’s for a great birthday celebration, we will be back very soon!

Carmen was our server in the bar area. She did a wonderful job of taking care of me and my wife. The food was served quickly and our order was right and delicious. The Mac and cheese is especially tasty.

The waiter was awesome, very attentative, and kind. The food came out in a resonable amount of time. The food was fresh and hot, tasted delicious. Drinks stayed filled, and the restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and laid back. I forgot to take a picture, I will try to remember next time to take a picture.

The food was amazing and same with the service we had this very lovely waitress. she was working really hard!! although the food was amazing I do have one complaint about something else.. the bathrooms everytime I come the bathrooms are really dirty and the lighting is bad I feel like they should probably update the bathrooms because even the layout is odd.

Chili's is always great. It's been my favorite restaurant since 1998. That was the first time I went there. The food is always great. Courteous and friendly staff as well.

Went in towards closing. Our waitress Aspen was amazing she was the only waitress and you could tell she was tired from running what probably was all night. She was extremely apologetic for the delay of our food coming out, which really didn't seem like a delay at all , because she was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our food was great when it was received. This young women needs a raise and we hope you guys appreciate what an awesome server she is. Thank you Aspen.

3 for $10 idea is genius! Food and drinks were both great . My waitress kept insinuating that i didn’t have money. Kept telling me stuff would cost extra …annoying and over talkative.

April was the best server! She was very attentive and catered to my family with 3 children even splitting up our food for convenience and ease. I highly recommend her. You should request April as your server at Chilis because she is amazing!

Ate like a Boss(I should say I ate a boss burger) and it was fabulous 1st time having one,if you are a burger lover I would recommend this burger, service was decent. Back to the burger it had brisket, sausage,rib meat and bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and onions on it....yum 🤗🤗🤗🤗 washed it down with a ice cold coke heaven....

Let me tell you, we've had some experiences here at Chilis. But yesterday was the BEST service we have had in so long! Food was great, per usual! But the service was over the top from the host to our waitress. Whoever was running bar yesterday, needs a raise!

Service was very good, easy to pay with the on table display, food was good. The server took our orders on an ipad which was cool, no running for the POS! Can you tell I work in a restaurant? Lol

This was my first time to a Chili's and I will be back. We sat at the bar, had a couple drinks, and ate some food.

The bartender was really nice. My boyfriend thought there was something wrong with the tonic water and she put up with his picky drink order very well.

I had the blackbean fajitas and they were so good. My boyfriend had the Boss burger (I think that is the right name) and that thing was huge. Another customer said it looked even better than the picture.

Haven't been since right after Covid b/c the service was terrible but decided to try Chili's again recently. We went for lunch on Aug. 16, 2023. The food was excellent but more importantly, the service was excellent. So glad things are back to normal there.

We had great service and the food was quick and hot. We will be returning
