Dollar Tree

They had a great selection but when did Dollar Tree become more than a dollar? 3 and 5$ items, that's crazy.

This review is because of an employee. I am a retail store manager so I do alot of hiring for customer service. Kim is awesome. There was a line and she not only spoke and had a meaningful conversation with EVERY customer, it wasn't generic 'how are you today?' she was wonderful, good job hiring her :)

Recently the church that we go to. This month we were going to help the homeless. the stuff We got. They can use daily .like Chap stick. Socks. Deodorant. Food. I'll put the List on the pictures. I guess after you see the list and how many people we are able help. This is just a group of two Of Us. By coming to Dollar Tree . We were able to take care of 12 people. For under $80. The pastor says there be a good idea for us to get four of these kids together for our cars.so if we see someone. That we could help we would be able to because we have it ready.

This is the biggest dollar tree I've ever been in, and it was fully stocked! The cashier was very sweet and checked us out super fast.

I've never had a issue with this store. They have a ton of different items and everything is literally $1. So if they don't have what your looking for then they definitely have something that will work just as good!
Staff is always nice.

Y’all are comparing about this store, but you don’t realize what goes on behind the scenes.
Staff is over worked, corporate is constantly making us hire but cutting pay role.
They are giving us no assistance whatsoever with stocking or cashiering so keep your rude comments too yourself, before like every other dollar tree and other stores around here employees quit and you can’t even come here.

I just want to give a shoutout to one of the cashiers named Andrew. He had wonderful customer service! You also cannot beat the low prices on Halloween candy and decorations. This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop! :)

The merchandise is plentiful and varied. We were able to find everything for a party from the kitchen supplies, paper, and toys. This is the best Dollar Tree store I've been to.

I shopped there on the right day when they stocked the shelves.

This dollar tree is HUGE. They have a much larger selection than the other locations in the greater Charlotte area. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a really good place to find teaching and school supplies on a budget.

So I was there this morning at 9:30 and the line was long and the only cashier was blowing up balloons. I called the store and a man answered the phone, I assumed it was the manager. I explained the situation, he paused and came right on out! Great customer service!!!!!

Really not a bad store.
You may not believe it, but everything's a dollar! Shay was extremely helpful. I will go back just because of how helpful she was.

I love this DT it is a crafters dream, several size and color shirts, cute black project options, large selection of glasses, bottles, plates, and cups. What's not to love at ONE DOLLAR! Gonna miss this one when I move to GA 😔.

I love the variety of items available & it's always neat & clean. I haven't had any problems, nor seen or heard of any with the workers. Always a pleasant experience.

Store is always organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's out of my way but I Love this store

Jessica, the retail associate, was very helpful in helping me find a particular product. She was quick and friendly in providing quality customer service!

The shelves are pretty well stocked. You have a good lower price line of products to choose from. You can definitely save some money.
