Amazing staff their top of the line to me, only issue I have ever had here is a associate Named Ivan whom grabbed my BF's shoulder as he picked a item up that should of been in an encased locked area to take to the employee at the self checkout area Mind you Not 10 FOOT AWAY so nobody would steal what they had already made it that far doing which ALSO mind you my BF & I are HERE DAILY & Know EVERY1 in this location HE is the biggest Contractor in this Region and so far spent Over $750,000 with this Home Improvement Distributor yet you have that 1 bad Apple out of the bunch that could Cost your store his business & yet he hasn't been reprimanded or even really gave a stern lashing Because he still follows us and is up on our heals daily! Which could be the worst part because everyone else seems to be extremely helpful or willing to give you the advice they can

I received excellent service from Jamando and the team at this location late one Friday night right before closing! I missed my timeframe to complete the survey via my receipt so I wanted to make sure to leave a review in appreciation for Jamando’s hard work and assistance!

They have outstanding customer service,the employees there are great the item I went to get the older gentleman was very helpful he worked in electrical I wish I had gotten his name. I love Lowes but Home Depot has won me over.

Very helpful staff across all departments. Garden knowledgeable garden center, incredibly helpful in the electrical department with my DIY project. Return center was easy and prompt.

We found what we needed went straight to checkout. It wasn't crowded, it was clean and everything was fully stocked. Customer service was great!

Pleasant, helpful staff - even when the weather was turning on us in the garden area. All were wearing masks. Had a decent selection of plants and good prices on the soil and pots I picked up from them. Less crowded than their blue competitor, which is a good thing in these times, and I spent less than I would have there as well.

Ordered a patio set online and had it delivered to the store and assembled. Excellent customer service and job well done on the patio set. It is beautiful! Love the fire pit.

Store has gotten rough lately. Went in for an item on sale on the app and was told it was not on sale.. Ok I'll shop around. Found another item on sale I had looked at. Was told it wasn't on sale either and I'd have to buy it online and wait. Even though 2 were in stock. I was pretty upset. Thankfully Quieniah Smith helped me out. She had me order it online and gave it to me as soon as she got the notice. Thanks to her I'll still give 5 stars

I could live here!!! The associates are well versed in product aisle placement, friendly and ready to help.

What a positive difference from their competitor down the road - everyone in this store is friendly and eager to offer assistance. They also keep the store very clean and well-stocked. It's my go-to place for any item I know they carry due to their prices being so competitive.

We purchased an electric range and couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received. The price dropped after I had purchased and I failed to screen shot the drop. I talked to a sales person at the store and she confirmed it had dropped and I had 30 days from time of purchase to come in and receive a refund of the difference. However, when I got to the store about a week later (first time I could get there), the price did not reflect the drop but it was honored anyway. Next time I will screenshot but I am so pleased they did not dismiss my claim. I will do business with them again and plan to.

They have everything for your home, garden, lawn.
Also everything is really easy to find. If you need help they have super friendly employees to get you where you need to be.
So if your home or yard needs something check them out.

I always choose Home Depot over Lowes. Their selection is always better, and very friendly associates.
