This company wrongfully fired me accusing me of spreading covid intentionally when I was actually running a low grade fever because I was pregnant! I even proved that I went and got tested for c19 and it was negative. I tried to sue them and they used my former friend/ associate who worked for the company to write a statement against me- not only that- they kept on that employee that physically assaulted me- and moved him to a manager position! I knew it was coming because I began speaking up about the micro aggressions I was seeing.. I worked in office with people who were incredibly racist and prejudice against “certain” residents/ applicants. This company is corrupt and owe me a huge apology. But I don’t expect that from people who genuinely don’t care about employees. I just wanted to say my peace because I have held this in for a long time. I don’t forgive them at all. I pray that karma just does its work and maybe these people will get a character change and learn EMPATHY!! Shame on that family that owns this company…

They are always messing up the ledger that you owe or trying to find ways to charge you extra money. The people in the office do not know how to do their job. They mess up your account and instead of taking accountability for their actions they charge you for their screw ups. I would run far far away if I were you. I can't wait to get out of this lease here. The corporate office never responds to anything. Nothing is urgent to them except them getting paid.

Looking forward to moving from here. The manager and staff is very rude, especially the manager. I was told the tenants have to pay for drip pans. Never heard of that! They don’t care about work orders. It has taken almost a year to get one work ordered completed and this is the second time I was on the pest control list and no one came. I called and was told there was a mix up. No, people just aren’t doing their job and don’t care. Incompetent staff. And don’t bother complaining up the chain, it gets worse.

These people are the worst. Do not live here if you don’t want to be bullied by management.

Had to deal with AREZOU NESHANEH and she was unprofessional and disgusting. She was condescending and rude. I will not be working with Ticon Properties moving forward because of this employee. I’m pretty sure she was drunk at one point when I had to deal with her because her words were slurred and I could barely understand her. Rude rude rude. Unprofessional. Do not use them. She is a joke.

Ticon's agent used us as leverage and negotiated in bad faith. After confirming that the space we wanted was available and an email exchange in which we provided the requested financial information, he went behind our back to a current tenant that had viewed the same space, gave them right of first refusal and leased the space out from under us. Don't do business with this group!

Horrible to work with. Rented with them for more than 20 years, but since the owner retired several years back, it's been an absolutely horrible experience. In today's climate with so much commercial space available, I strongly recommend finding other options. Good luck.

Highly disappointed in Ticon. There loyalty to people and families that have rented for years doesn’t exist. Just another money hungry company.
