I had an excellent experience at this Harris Teeter last week because of Jacolby! It was around 7pm and the floral center was closed, but he still took the time to fill up the helium balloons for my sister’s party. He provided wonderful customer service the whole time and made the process delightful. He did not seem inconvenienced or annoyed at all. Jacolby even took the time to ask me what color ribbon I wanted for the balloons. I highly recommend this Harris Teeter and hope that Jacolby gets a raise.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful every time I come in. The selection and value are the same as every other Harris Teeter but the staff make a big difference. Filled up a big cart at 10pm on a Sunday and Taylor and Keandre got me checked out really quick. Usually interesting conversation too.

Awesome staff! Products are great quality. Deli/ Bakery staff are knowledgeable and helpful! Service with a warm smile and friendly vibe. Floral department is beautifully maintained and flowers are beautiful!!

Good selection of healthy foods with a wide variety of cheeses.

I am new to Harris Teeter having just moved to NC. I have been in 3 different HT stores. I have found them to be spacious with wide aisles.
I have had trouble finding items both because I am not familiar with the stores and the aisle labels are not as easy to read as they could be. The refrigerated sections are labeled on the wall overhead. Legible if you are approaching the section but indecipherable if traveling along the refrigerated section.
The self check out is nice if you only have a few items. Several times I noticed that the clerked check outs are severely backed up; perhaps 5 or more waiting to check out. When that happens, they should open another lane.
These are nice stores. I like them. My comments should be viewed as constructive and not criticisms.

Nice store. Very good selection. Parking lot needs a redesign. Prices are higher than competitors in the Durham market, granted better services and better staffed...but double the price on some items! Although, the HT brands are very competitively priced. This is a nicer Harris Teeter store and delivers a nice shopping experience with a great selection. Produce is always excellent.

This store is clean, well lit and well stocked. They always have specials running and they double coupons often. They also have clearance bins that you can usually find some great items in. The have a good selection of produce including organic. Their cookie cakes are absolutely delicious and their sheet cake ordering simple and the cakes are great. They also have a great selection of pre-made cakes. My only con would be that they never really have many lanes open which isn’t an issue for me because I always do self check out.

Since Kroger is closing this is my new go to store. Tried a local Food Lion but I like this store much better. I witnessed several employees helping customers in different departments and that was great to see. Anything you want basically. I know HT is owned by Kroger but shopping at the old Kroger you had to almost beg for help for the meat and seafood dept. This HT has Sushi, fresh Pizza, serve yourself buffet dinner and salad bar to name a few. I look forward to shopping here and getting to know all about the store.

Great grocery store. It is a little more pricey than Kroger or especially Food Lion but nicer selection, facilities, customer service, and all around shopping experience. They also run a lot of good sales that negates price difference on a lot of products if you take advantage. Store is clean and well lit. Customer service is outstanding and far superior to any grocery store in immediate area outside of Whole Foods.

This is my favorite grocery store and pharmacy. Everyone there is friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. Love the weekly specials and sales. Fuel points are especially important.

I absolutely enjoy getting the $7.99 for 6 toppings pizza special at this Harris teeter only on Mondays!

They do a great job with making them and they are fast. I usually call it in and 15 mins later...its ready! Always satisfied with their pizzas!

Beautiful fresh produce. Amazing selection of meats at a reasonable price. Always a large selection of every product to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and are always willing to go out of their way to help me in whatever way I need, whether a price check, taking my groceries to my car, or helping me decide on just one of the many choices available. I also love that they have a relaxation area, a Starbucks, a pizzaria, and a Redbox along with fresh new samples everyday. I also commend them on their honesty and dedication. My husband lost his headphones a few weeks back and I left his number just in case they were found. And 4 days later, when we were sure they were gone for good, they called to let us know they had been found. I love this store and plan to shop here often in the future.

Shopping here is so pleasant. The staff for the most part are very friendly and ready to assist in any way to make your shopping experience a good one. Two thumbs up for this Harris Teeter.

I was just there today and I needed some beef. When I get there I saw there was only a little bit left what I needed. And I asked the butcher gentleman Brendan was super helpful. He just cut more meat and checked with me how much I needed. I found that very outstanding and I am really about the service I had today. Give my thanks to Brendan please

Clean, well stocked w/ excellent variety and fair prices with good sales each week. Absolutely love $5 sushi Friday ( spicy tuna rolls)!!!

If you are new to the neighborhood, my suggestion is you familiarize your family with this establishment. Prices are very reasonable and their meat department is above the norm. Make Harris Teeter your Supermarket of choice.

Really wonderful store with excellent selection and even better customer service. I feel lucky to live close to this Harris Teeter and I appreciate their dedication to maintaining high safety standards during the covid pandemic.
