On July 10, 2023 I had a great experience at the CVS Pharmacy, located at 830 MLK Jr. PWY in Durham, NC. The Sale Associate greeted me promptly and let me know my prescription was being filled and would be ready in about 10-15 minutes and I would be called when it was ready. I was called. It was ready in less than 10 minutes, and although I had picked out other times to purchase, it did not seem to bother her to ring those up as well. This CVS has been my Pharmacy for about 6 years.

Like many businesses CVS is a little short handed but I can get in and get out nonetheless. I like the MLK CVS!

I love this pharmacy. The staff is professional and courteous and always have my prescriptions ready when they are promised. They're always willing to take the necessary time to answer any questions I may have. My only complaint is that the drive thru can take a long time to get through. Even so, I refuse to go anywhere else.

My favorite CVS in Durham, always have my prescriptions ready when they say and promptly notify me if there are any problems. Always well stocked with my favorite health, beauty and other items. Sign up for a Care Mark rewards card for extra savings and exclusive deals, scan for refills, add coupons keep track of prescriptions and other perks. Their app is awesome, very convenient. the staff is very helpful and friendly. Photo center, public restrooms, free parking and completely wheel chair accessible.

This CVS holds the record for filling a prescription--under 3 minutes and 30 seconds from the time it was dropped off. I was still in the store bathroom when I received the text telling me it was ready for pickup.

Best pharmacy team ever.. it's like having a local mom and pop store back in the neighborhood... The front of the store is great too.. I have nothing but great things to say about this store.
