This Office Depot location’s Dana provided the very best customer service. I am recovering from a surgery and using arm crutches, and she was so patient. She offered to go look for the product that I needed, but I said that I was happy to walk with her. She didn’t rush me, and when she looked up the product number and discovered that it was “for delivery” only, she took the time to order it to be delivered to my house. She was very personable and offered the best service!

I placed a print order online. I called about an hour or so later to see if it was ready and they assured me it would be ready at 3:30pm. When I came into the store all I had to do was pick up my oder from the shelf real simple. I also needed folders and was in quite a rush. The store manager Moss picked up on the sense of urgency and directed me to the resume folder section and helped explain the different options. He even helped me at the register so I could be on my way. It was a smooth experience. Shoutout to MOSS!

My go to place for any printing needs, office supplies, furniture and shipping supplies. They can handle anything from brochures and business cards to large posters all the same day! Besides, it’s only a minute away from work! Great people! If you need something printed ask for Paul. There is absolutely nothing he can’t handle.

I just visited this store and needed help with some last minute flyers. I had the best experience with Jeremy Ivey and Taylor Williams. They both were so helpful. Great customer service. And even when trying to figure out the best sizing for what I needed, kept a smile on their faces. They have made my lack of planning ahead so much easier and did so with ease.

Customer service these days is subpar but after encountering Ms. Dana and Mr. John today they have restored my faith. Their customer service was top notch and on point. Mr. John greeted me immediately and was ready to help with my purchase. His personality was laid back and would cut up with me. Ms. Dana was so sweet and helped me with my purchases. She made sure I had everything I needed. With several customers waiting she worked the room with ease and was hustling. A big thank you to Ms. Dana and Mr. John for their professionalism and kindness!

Alex was so friendly and helpful and went out his way to help us get an office chair. He even tried out the chairs with us to help us get the right fit and he went up to the front of the store to bring us back a measuring tape to help measure heights for the chair. As a result, we got the the most comfortable chair and size for me. We could not have made this purchase without Alex. He made the experience fun and easy.

I received excellent customer service. I stopped in to have some double-sided copies made for a school activity next week. My copies were printed within in minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

Paul and the other employee are SUPER nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m always provided great customer service when I come to Office Depot. The prices are good as well.

I stopped in today on a whim in search of some supplies for my home office that I couldn't find at a few other stores and I couldn't have been more pleased with this location. From the staff up to the manager Dana, I couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and were very helpful. Kudos to this location and I've found my new favorite office supply store!
