Li Ming's Global Mart

This is the place.The biggest Asian Market I've ever seen.They have everything from fresh fish meats live clams shrimps We had a great time just looking around. Prices are great nice variety of everything veggies and fruits also. Nice Japanese Bar b Que and other sauces it's amazing We highly recommend.

This place is solid. Good vegetables, selection, good hot bar. If you're Asian, you're not reading this review because there's only limited asian groceries around. But if you're not, you should definitely come and take a look. A lot of people come here for the fresh fish, and the bakery. One time the hot bar gave me some indigestion, but I've had that happen with nicer restaurants too.

I was in wow shopping here. They had so much stuff to choose from. There was plenty of staff, well stocked shelves, and hot authentic Chinese food sold when you walked in. ( I haven't seen a real Peking duck hanging in years.)
I went for some fresh fish and depending on what kind of fish you want, they pull it out the water and kill it for you right there. They had some fish I have never seen/heard of before.
There entire meat department was impressive. If you're into Korea BBQ, they already have some meats sliced up for you and put into containers. I saw Pork belly, and thin sliced brisket. There were also 2 other meats in the same area.
I was on a time limit and couldn't explore like I wanted but I'll definitely be back.
They had 5 registers open. The lines looked long but went fast.

Great selection of Asian food! Great lunch counter too. This store has everything. Make sure to wear your jacket because they keep it really cold.

Great international market that always has what I am looking for. They have a great selection of produce as well as a fish market and butcher. They also serve food here if you want to grab a quick lunch or try something new. Best place I have found in the area.

Good selection of what appears to my mostly unaccustomed eye to be Chinese products. A fair amount of Korean products as well, but not as many as I had hoped. I found the hawthorne candy I was looking for and the staff were very helpful in that search so that was good. Also, it had gluten free soy sauce which is rather hard to find.

I love the huge variety of noodles that can be found here...much more than in an American grocery store. This store is pretty good sized with lots of food, drinks and housewares. They have a large variety of oils and sauces that are great for making an authentic Asian meal. There's also a hot food bar, but I haven't tried any of that yet. I will say that there is a pretty strong fish odor (they have fresh seafood) that hits you when you walk in but once you're there for a little bit it's not as noticeable.

Growing up Chinese and with so many traditions, I was so excited to discover Li Ming’s Global Market. Walking into the store I was overwhelmed with memories of my childhood. All the smells from the seafood to the herbs to the vegetables invoked a deluge of memories of my grandmother in our kitchen preparing traditional foods. Especially this time of year so close to Lunar New Year, I am very thankful for Li Ming’s to be able to provide a little bit of home. If you are Chinese and craving any sort of dish from your childhood, chances are very good you will find the ingredients here to make it. If you don’t feel like cooking there is a cafe that serves traditional Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. I am not one to purchase groceries or even cook but I walked out of Li Ming’s with a cart full of groceries to make all the dishes my grandmother used to make. My go-to grocery for Asian treats and desserts, dumplings and buns of all sorts of, and many other pantry items (sauces, spices, etc). There is a nice looking selection of meats for shabu shabu as well.

There is also a hot food area to the right that you can fill up with a variety of meat and veggie Asian dishes - cash only!

Li Ming's is a great international market with a focus on Asian cuisine. The variety of fresh vegetables on hand is really remarkable. There is a vast selection of Asian candies and soft drinks, including Ramune and it's imitators. There are always many live food options, as well as a full-service butcher shop in the back. The selection of sake is decent and authentic. Several times I have been the only non-Asian person in the store, but I have never felt unwelcome. Pro tip: the lychee jellies are in front of the registers, with the CiCis.

Good variety of product and reasonable price. Could be very cheap when on sales. They also have a food court, and man that's the BEST chinese food you can get unless you go double the price.

Things you never knew existed. Biggest fish selection. Kwan Loong Oil at the checkout, best thing for body aches ever. $8 last visit, $35 in a health food store.

The "Go To" place for Asian food. They carry almost everything there with a larger portion of Chinese style ingredients. I found a knife sharpening stone and lots of Chinese style kitchen hardware. There is a selection of Thai, Japanese, Korean ingredients. Their hot foods section has fresh soy milk and crueller（油條）! The half duck purchased from here was very tasty! Their snow pea tips ( 大豆苗）was freshly picked and only needed a quick rinse before cooking. No extra work to pick out the old stems. They even carry burdock root!

Great price for everything! I think they’re having a price war with another Asian grocery off briar creek in Raleigh, but anyways can’t complaint about their current pricing!

This is an awesome supermarket that is not like any other. With that in mind, be prepared to wear a jacket, sweater, overcoat, etc. It will be cold when strolling through the produce and frozen section. Js lol!!!

Great supermarket for Asian groceries. Most Southeast Asian products are from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Malaysian and Indonesian products are sold here but varieties are limited.

11/1/2021: Bakery is now open under new management. I am so happy that my bun cravings are met once again. Looks like a good varieties.

I always enjoy going to this place for your non traditional food. It’s mostly the Asian/Korean sort of genre food and grocery store but they have some really cool and good food in there. The building holds a special place in my heart cause it used to be a Circuit City and a store I enjoyed going to in Durham. Anyway they have cool food and a nice business

We visit every time we are in Durham! The bakery and restaurant are a great addition!
