Things seem to be much better, which is great. They're very helpful, and apparently their phone system was a bit jacked up before.

They've never answered the phone, never completed prescription transfer, made no effort to get in a prescription (insulin) a week into having to order it.

Had a prescription sent there from my PCP. Original prescription came in as requested but the refill as described was not allowed to be filled apparently due to a CVS internal issue. P
CP contacted them several times to clarify, but took almost a week to get the already late prescription to possibly have been filled. Seems the like the folks that work there are either incapable or unwilling to help.
