He took time out of his day to read the full mortgage contract with us, he explained every word we did not understand and explained the terminology of the contract.

She also always had our best interests and true happiness in mind and took excellent care of us, which was really important and helpful as first-time homebuyers. Finally, it was important to us that we completed the process in a collaborative and fair way with the sellers rather than trying to gain as much as possible from them; Amy understood that and navigated each step in the process with us and with the sellers in a respectful and fair way while still caring for us first and foremost. She was just awesome, and we're so thankful for the time, energy, care, and overall great experience that she offered us to find our dream home!

Debra was so thorough right from the start. She researched things I would've never thought of and she knows the market so well. She was very dedicated to send me emails for weeks, only on occasion, to show new listings that she thought might be a fit. I never asked her to do this; she took it upon herself. And not in a pushy way at all! Her gentle persistence won us over. Her suggestions and advice were extremely helpful. I highly recommend her and if the need should arise I'd use her again as an agent.

Bert Woodall is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He helped us sell our home in Durham. We interviewed several real estate agents before selecting Bert, and we were so happy we did. There are many great things to say about him and his company, but number one is that he makes the whole process stress-free and is positive and optimistic at all times. We asked Bert if he could have our house ready to list in less than a week, and he came through, finding painters, handymen, stagers and a photographer at the drop of a hat. We were on the market a day earlier than expected and our house went under contract in 24 hours. I truly think a large part of that was Bert being able to put it all together with his team in a short time-frame and having the contacts to get the word out about our home.
