They are very helpful and friendly. I never doubt that my items will be packaged securely and shipped properly.

They were slammed as all get out and still took care of business like pro’s.

I had such a wonderful experience today when I stopped by the store. They were super busy, as to be expected. There was a younger man who helped me with my packages today, he was so helpful, kind and just who I needed to talk to today. I wish I knew what his name was, he was a shorter younger guy with brown hair. I was having a lousy day and he definitely brightened my spirits and helped me get my packages in order to be shipped out. He reprinted my labels because they were too light colored and helped Box all of my packages up. Thank you!

The staff at this store is always helpful and efficient. It seems that some of the other reviews of this store show a miscomprehension about the business of shipping. The folks who work in this office are not waiters for your boxes. They are in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment. Those of us who need things done quickly and correctly appreciate the efficient service at this office, and we'll drive right past other shipping options to go here. Five stars.

I called the UPS Store right after opening time. Jorge answered the phone and was very helpful! I told him I needed to bring a thumb drive and have him print mailing labels. Jorge said to bring them on down and to bring my own labels if I had them to save me money.
I went to the store and Jorge waited on me promptly. He printed off all my labels and also figured out a way to save me some labels as well as money. The printing cost was very reasonable and this was a very positive experience!

I recently used this store to ship a large coffee maker (25 lbs) back for warranty work. I had packed the coffeemaker myself and the owner warned me that without bubble wrap around the machine, UPS would not honor a damage claim. For a nominal fee the owner repacked the device.

Well, wouldn't you know it, the machine got damaged in shipping. UPS honored the claim in large part because the owner verified that the package was packed correctly. Recently I receive payment from UPS to cover the damage.

The owner of this store was helpful and courtesy very step of the way. I can't recommend him and his store highly enough.

They returned my AT&T equipment perfectly. I got the receipt the next day

When in to get 3 copies made of some legal forms. Came out to be sixty cents. I didn't have any cash and the total was too small for a credit/debit so he told me just to drop the 60 cents by the next time I was in the area. I found the 60 cents in my car and came back 3 minutes later. Anyway... great service for a small job.

Oh and it's around the corner in Loehmann's Plaza, never would have seen it from Hillandale without knowing it was there.

I was in and out in a matter of 3-4 minutes. It was busy but with holidays upon us I have seen lines out the door. They are open on Saturday until 5:30 which is a big help. Great customer service!!

We have a mailbox at this UPS Store and frequent the store multiple times a week for all our mailing services. The staff is top notch! They are kind and helpful and work efficiently!

Love this store! The staff is friendly and always remember me. They go out of their way when they can and help me with my needs. I've seen some bad reviews on here but I haven't had a bad experience and I go in several times a month.

I have used them numerous times and they are always very nice, polite and professional. This is my GO TO store.
