This vet practice is wonderful! They are extremely thorough with annual visits taking time to ask questions, perform the exam & answer any questions we might have. We have had both our senior dogs undergo dental cleanings & again super thoughtful & thorough with great follow up. Also, they are so accommodating for last minute appointments due to unexpected issues that arise. They always find a way to make sure our dogs are quickly fit into the schedule. We have had several different vets & techs help us & they are all extremely compassionate & knowledgeable. Their rates are very competitive in this area & a great value for the level of care you receive. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Park Vet high enough! We are so grateful to have found them and they always take extra good care of our sweet dog. From her first visit as a puppy, to a surgery, random urgent appointments, and general wellness - they have always gone above and beyond to fit us in the schedule and provide excellent care. The employees who answer the phones are knowledgeable and kind and every vet we’ve seen has been wonderful (shout out to Dr Hanrahan)! We will be with Park Vet for as long as we have pets in our home!

After my dog contracted a virus at a kennel, I stopped here passing through on a Saturday. They were able to get us seen faster than I expected and took awesome precautions to not infect other animals. They showed great care, clear communication and helped us get the meds he needed to get on our way. Dr. Leslie and Shelby were great, if I lived in the area I would take them there regularly.

Dr. Stolt extended my dog Mickey's life with quality care- he had a serious seizure event in Mar 2018, and with the right care and meds she extended my his life, with quality, for over a year now. Mickey loves her like no other vet, he wags for her and sits at her feet looking up at her adoringly while she talks to him. I think he senses her love and good care. I am very very grateful for Dr. Stolt. She is thoroughly expert in protocols for older dogs, wise, and compassionate. Best vet ever.

The people and care you want in your pet's time of need. From the techs- Lucas and Kim, to the docs- Dr. Hunt and Dr. Goodwin, this is the place to go. My dog had an emergency and we were quickly and professionally seen and cared for. They went over everything in fine detail so we are now on a path to healing. So appreciative.

I have been taking our dogs to Park Vet for almost a year now, and they are wonderful. We have seen multiple veterinarians since coming to them, and all have been easy to work with and very helpful. The techs and staff are also extremely kind and clearly care about our dogs’ well-being. They take care to make my dogs comfortable and happy, helping to ease their anxiety during appointments. Additionally, they have been willing to advise me over the phone when I’ve had acute concerns and are very responsive both over the phone and through email. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!

Nathan was an extraordinary assistant to my cat Obie! He totally related to Obie and gave some very useful tips and inspiration. He definitely is in the correct position working with animals!

My pup needed urgent treatment, but I called 6 different emergency hospitals and urgent cares, and the best any of them could do was wait-list him for days to weeks. Despite not being an emergency hospital, PVH made accommodations to see him the next day. They were wonderful to the puppers, clearly informed me of the options, benefits, risks, and costs. The estimates I received elsewhere were more than double what I paid here. Thank you for being there for my canine companion, when he needed it most, and nobody else was!

Forever very grateful for Dr. Leslie and staff at Park Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care. On Thanksgiving weekend, when other emergency and urgent care facilities were short staffed, not open or ill-equipped, Park Vet welcomed my cat suffering from a UTI. Thankfully, my cat was treated before it festered into a life threatening stage.

Over the past 3 years, my fur baby has been seen by a few doctors at Park Vet, and each one has proven to be VERY knowledgeable, caring, attentive and thorough with their care. Most recently, Dr. Hunt went above and beyond to help us through a severe tummy issue providing continuous check-ins and assessments to keep us on the best course of action, all of which was incredibly comforting during such a scary time. We are very fortunate to have this genuine and high quality care in Durham, I truly cannot recommend highly enough!

The entire staff that we worked with were amazing! We went in as an urgent visit. They had never seen us or our pet before. That fact did not change how they cared for her. They were very thorough, willing to assess her, explain their findings, the diagnosis and possible outcomes between then and her end of life. We appreciate very much the thorough and loving nature of the staff.

We love this Vet. They are friendly, very well organized and in general a happy place to take our doggo to be seen.

Our doggy was a shelter dog, so entering anyplace that is different can be difficult. I really love how the staff greets the animal as well as the person. This really helps to break our baby's tension and our visits are much easier.

The Veterinarians here are professional, yet personal. I want my girl to have the best dedicated medical team and Park Veterinary Hospital gives her this.

I brought my cat to see Dr. Goodwin for the first time recently following a scary health event. She was very attentive, thorough and compassionate towards us. She wrote us a kind handwritten note after his recovery and I truly appreciated that. I’m new to the Durham area so I’m glad I found a vet that I feel comfortable with and can trust.

Dr. Carroll was amazing with my feline fur child! We came in for a sick visit and they were the only practice around me that were able to fit us in the same week. During our visit, the vet was very thorough while examining my cat. They were fear free as well and gave my cat his favorite churu treats while examining him. I love that they didn't pressure me for anything he did not need and that they don't push medication unless it's necessary. I am very picky when it comes to finding care for my cats but we had a great first visit. I want to bring my other cat here next time too. The facility was very clean and I loved the holiday decor! Highly recommend.

We love Park Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Golden especially has gone above and beyond to provide a calm exam experience for our very grumpy senior cat. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations and wasn't deterred when my cat was extremely rude to her and her staff visit after visit. It takes three people to hold this big jerk down even when he's on anxiety meds, and Dr. Golden and her staff always take extra care to be gentle, patient, and thorough despite his lack of social graces. I can't express how grateful I am for finding Park Vet, after years of feeling failed by other vet clinics. Cat people, this is your kitty's new care team!
