Dr. Valerie is a god sent. She prioritized my call even as a new client and as someone with extreme anxiety, PTSD, and Tourette’s she quickly and efficiently fixed my tooth all while making sure I’m comfortable. I can’t believe I got so lucky and found her! 10/10 would recommend plus the staff are just as amazing

I genuinely love this entire dentist office. Dr Waddell is so patient and caring. I am the biggest baby when it come to the dentist but she made me feel comfortable and helped me calm down. Her assistant Dolcy was just as patient with me. She had to keep taking X-rays but not once complained. Her secretary was just as sweet and kind when I came in and when I checked out.

I just have to Bragg on Dr Waddell and her team. They made sure that my smile was perfect for my big day! They got me in on very short notice and I’m forever grateful for them all. Vanessa is always so nice and does her best to get your appointment needs met!

Excellent customer service!!! From setting up my initial appointment and the moment I walked into the establishment. Vanessa and Melissa are fantastic; they made me feel welcome. Dr. Waddell is one of a kind. She was very truthful about the procedure that I need. The front desk staff, hygienist, and office vibe made me feel at home.

This is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Theu took so much time going over my needs and talking about my concerns, ask about my comfort often and were extremely friendly. I can't wait to start my treatment plan with Dr.Waddell soon!

I have been a frequent patient in dentist’s offices for 60 years. Dr. Waddell and her entire staff were absolutely among my top 5 experiences ever. The energy in the office was calm, friendly, professional and absolutely reassured me that I had come to the right place. Their ability to fit me in immediately was so greatly appreciated. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist so they took the time to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything every step of the way. They were gentle and very observant to my demeanor and reacted accordingly to continue minimizing any discomfort. The checkout was quick and my future planning for visits and work to be done was thoroughly explained. Pricing is very reasonable. Everyone was polite and inviting and my experience was as excellent as it possibly could be. Thank you to Dr. Waddell and all of her staff for helping me make it through my dental visit.

I can't thank Dr. Waddell enough ! She really goes above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I am happy . She is very caring and passionate about her patients getting the best care , I recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

From multiple extractions to new dentures, Dr Waddell and staff were wonderful, caring, and professional. Phone calls after each procedure, just to check on me, tells me that they cared. We just moved to this area and I have never been more comfortable and relaxed (and informed) with any other dentist in my 54 years. 5 stars.

The procedure she did today, I've had done by 5 different dentist over the years. She did the best with that procedure. I would highly recommend her for her work and professionalism!!! Awesome dentist office! Dr. Waddell is very patient and attentive to her patients. The office staff are friendly and welcoming as well. I have never really liked going to the dentist but the office staff offer a sense of comfort while you're there. Dr. Waddell is very accommodating and meets the needs of each patient. Dr. Waddell is one of the sweetest, most caring dentist you could ever meet! Her staff is always accomodating and treat every patient with exceptional customer service. I see Dr. Patel, her associate, for my dental services. Just had fillings a few days ago and everything went smoothly. I am terrified of shots and it was so simple since he numbed me with a jelly first and talked me through it. Would recommend them if you're looking for a great dental experience.

Dr. Waddell is the best hands down!!!! She does great work and is patient and kind. She explains everything thoroughly and comes up with a game plan best suited for the patient. All of the dental hygienist are friendly and personable. She is the best recommendation I’ve ever received.

This was my first visit, I was very impressed! Dr Waddell and her staff are very patient, they took the time to explain step by step what to expect. Dr. Patel and his assistant are phenomenal!!! I had an emergency dental issue and they got me in, fixed my tooth, kept checking in during the procedure to make sure I was okay, and just went above and beyond! I have a severe fear of the dentist but they just made me feel relaxed!!!! Highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Waddell is wonderful. She was patient and caring with my 4 year old daughter. Her entire staff was involved in her visit and they are a direct reflection of their boss. Caring and wonderful start to finish from all.
