I stopped by this location with 2 young boys that I care for on a hot Wednesday afternoon. We were buying pool noodles and a pool. The boys were super excited. Everyone in the store was kind to them. My hands were full with the boys so a man went outside to get the biggest pool for us. The woman at the register helped to carry it outside. Unfortunately it did not fit in the back. All of us went back inside to buy tie-downs to put the pool on the roof. The associate asked her coworker if she minded if she helped me put it on top of my car. As we were working on this a kind man who was with an older woman offered to put it in his truck and drive it to the house for us.
This trip could have been a disaster but instead it was a successful adventure. Everyone was kind and helpful so these excited boys could enjoy their day. I want to thank each of these helpers. This is going to be a whole summer of fun for these littles due to you!

Has great deal on cleaning products. If you use the online app you can get good deals on brand name detergent and other home products. The Cox Rd store is in organized shape. Some DG stores are scattered and not stocked well.

This is a convenient place for me and my husband, it is just around the corner from us and has a lot of things we need without having to go to far just to pick up dog food, toilet paper milk cereal, or just about anything you can think of and the prices are great!

This is one of the best Dollar Generals in Gastonia. they usually always have everything in stock and the employees and managers are really nice.

They have all the essentials and u can get in and out way faster than a walmart.
