It's rare to see a GM in a convince store actually working but MJ does. I have to respect that about a manager. They were out of cheese pizza so he offered to call the store up the st. and order it for me as well as go get it for me. I didn't want to put him through all that so he let me rearrange some pepperoni cause my kid is picky. The fact that he hired someone who is obviously one of God's special people is a total bonus. Dudes a sweetheart.

This place is nice, but the gas is always 10cents more than every other gas station. Literally one right down the road is so much cheaper.

I'm a regular customer. A lady named Renee or Renny yelled at me for no reason. I just went in to use the bathroom and had my bookbag, and she was like "SIR, SIR, SIR". I was walking fast. Turned around, put my book bag down at the front like she was asking. I told her not to yell me and she tried to make me feel guilty for saying that. She said "I had to say sir 3 times". This all happened in 5 seconds. She was trying to act like I was ignoring her. She shouldn't be yelling at innocent customers and that's going to make me want to do business there less. She'll obviously do it again if no one talks to her, she felt no shame doing it with me.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Cashiers during the day are very rude and have the WORST attitudes!! Will never do back! They should do better at hiring! Both were rude to each custom that went up while I was there, then I went a was nice as coukd be and got snobby attitudes and running her mouth about me and another customer.

I wish the 711 now app would stop using this location for delivery. They never check the orders to make sure the driver is picking up the whole order. The driver said shes doesnt have access to the order so shes not able to check it. Therefore its the stores responsibility.
I'm missing half of my order. Its a good thing this 711 gold pass is a free trial because I'm totally about to cancel. Had it before, and I had this same issue so I canceled it then. Also when you call the number listed for that store, it's says "The wireless user you're trying to reach is unavailable right now" Please fix the app so we can choose the store. This one sucks!

Terrible customer service. I bought a lottery ticket and won $120 and when I went back to get my money the employe just said they didn’t have any money but didn’t look so I left and came back the next day and a different employee said the same thing and wouldn’t tell me when I could come back when they had enough money then tried to keep my ticket. Never going there again

Absolutely one of the worst stores I've even been to. If I could give it Zero starts I would with no hesitation. They treat workers with the most utter disrespect and I wouldn't dare spend my money here. The manager and his boss should be fired and ashamed...

Oh my God what is wrong with this store? It is a train wreck. An utter abject disappointing train wreck. Is it too much to ask to keep the coffee machines and the slurpie machines going? It just feels like a train wreck every time I walk in there keeping on expecting something to change but it never does.

I believe I left my wallet here at this store. I have been calling but I only get a voice message and no one ever picks up

Place is porely ran! Open 24 hours a day??? Last 2 times I went it was closed. Go somewhere else if you can.
