Had to drop off some paperwork at Food & Nutrition Services. Everyone there was so polite and helpful. Got what I needed done and was on my way quickly.

This is not my cup of tea when it comes to CPS being called on us for no apparent reason what so ever, my kids have food, clothes and a roof over their head and we do not abuse our kids what so ever. But yet people are complaining about my kids yelling and screaming due to them playing with each other, they are disabled with Autism and ADHD. BTW I didn't know I had a little girl living with us knowing both of my kids are boys. False. Accusation on that behalf. But yet we are being investigated over this. First off I don't have a daughter, I only have 2 boys. They don't go outside with a diaper on and are kids don't wear diapers only my 4 year old son wears a pullup and my 8 year old son wears underwear. They don't even go outside, but yet we a being accused of them going outside with a diaper on especially in the rain and cold. KAREN loves DRAMA and I'm tired of false accusations especially for KAREN from downstairs. Grow up and stop making other people's life miserable just because your life is miserable. It's uncalled for and childish.

Some are okay throughout but very few . Phones are horrible. Never can get a live person. They never return calls. Ive had several people from different parts of the services get very crude to me, harassed us over stuff and one lady had even made snide remarks about my disabled daughter. Not really trying to help the people or children when you put more fear than good into their lives.

No zero stars available? So, I understand that the employees of this office have a job to do. That job being to investigate accusations of child abuse. That being said, my family was harassed several times for no reason. Our kids claimed abuse several times. None of their claims were true and it was obvious the claims were false. Still yet, this department investigated us several times for 4 to 8 months at a time, even admitting there was zero evidence of abuse. The person in charge of our investigation became extremely upset with me when I told her I did not want to go to her office to answer questions after I spent 10 hours that day at work. As a result, my family was forced into family counseling because she felt that I was anti-social and displayed "troubling" behavior. If you ever get a call from this office, do not talk to them without a lawyer present. If you are a great parent, they will harass you to no end. This goes on while children elsewhere are being abused severely.

I spoke with Lindsey & Christa both had a very nasty disposition. Gave me short answers as if they wanted to rush me off the phone. Had some concerns for my Aunt. I live in another state and was trying to file APS Report..they simply down played the Report. Very disappointed with Davie County Department of Social Services...No help..I wonder if it was their family would the outcome be the same.

They don't care about a child at all. Told mother of an 8 months old baby. It was ok for her to smoke pot, not do it around child. Well that day she did it again & keeping child out passed 11:30 that night ,hanging around her druggies buddies. Shame on y'all.

The rating is different for some workers there but all in all. I have had the worst experience with this office with my little girl I've ever had. The worker we had twisted words and honestly made things up and put it in legal documents "reviews" and those are the papers hat the judge saw and made a picture in the judges mind that made us look like terrible people
