I went to target yesterday, and I received an excellent service from Brittany one of the store manager. She was very professional very friendly. She went all the way to help me achieve my order. That’s very nice thank you again Brittany and thank you for Customer Service at target.

I think most people's complaints are stemming from them not having enough staff AND the more important need for a second location. I always had a lot of success with their pickup orders (both walk-in and drive up). When I had to wait for a long time for a return, customer service gave me a gift card.

Brittany, who I believe is a manager, deserves a 5 star review. Exceptional customer service and was willing to go the extra mile for my situation. Thank you!

Target has a wide range of all different categories of items from clothing, to electronics, to fresh produce, etc. and in my experience they’re products are great quality. Highly recommended.

I love Target products! The website is user friendly and their pick up order services are the best! I don't have to place a required amount to pick up curbside for free. I don't have to schedule a pick up window. This helps so much with my schedule and is very convenient. The curbside employees are always so happy and friendly!

I found the items I wanted online showing available at this location. When I arrived they were in fact, not available. An extremely nice Customer service representative named Sierra was very helpful. She assisted me in ordering the items to be delivered to my home. She even honored a gift card I had received via email. A potentially bad experience was made into a positive one by this associate!

We have such a great Target! Easy in and out. However, be ready for a long checkout, since it's always crowded! Luckily, the cashiers are super fast and nice!

I placed my order on Black Friday not wanting to get out the craziest time of the year and was pleasantly surprised at how fast my order was ready for pick up.

Couldn't find item I was looking for. A customer service gal walking down isles asked if she could help. Item was not on self. She went in the back and found exactly what it was looking for. Great service

This targets fine just wondering why the heck size zero jeans need so much room for a huge gut?????????? I even wear a size four normally- wondering if they use the plus size cut on all sizes?
Again no issue with larger people but nobody wearing a size zero is going to have a huge gut, no offense.

Sales rep helpful. Somethings can be a bit pricey but they have good quality stuff especially cleaning products alot green

I am not an avid Target shopper but I did order online and was very happy with my purchase but did need to return to reorder correct size. The associate at customer service was so nice and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond. The associate working the self check out was also very friendly and let me know about a sale going on that I was unaware of. It saved me alot on my instore purchase. These two ladies showed the best customer service amd communication skills. Now that is hard to find anywhere so I was very surprised to see how pleasant, personable and knowledgeable these ladies were while having the biggest smiles and cheerful demeanors. They deserve raises! And they deserve the recognition. I wish i knew their names..my review i suppose is based more on the character of their employees andwhat a great experience i had today.

Competitive prices and huge selection , opens daily at 8a and plenty of free parking. Easy on, Easy out.
