The Merchandise is top of the line. My husband purchased shoes from this store and I don’t think we will be going anywhere else ever. The customer service is outstanding; not many businesses stand behind their product; Allen Edmonds does 100%. The manufacturing process of the hand crafted shoes is impressive. They put their touch in every piece making it unique and timeless. I will greatly recommend their products.# Norbine and crab tree mall team rock!!!

Big Joe helped me pick out a pair of oxfords with matching belts and socks. They fit perfectly and helped me upgrade my style. I'm very thankful of Joe's help. He's friendly and knowledgeable.

This Allen Edmonds itself is also just set up in a way that is more inviting than other stores I've visited in the mall. Everything feels well organized and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

If I could write 10 reviews I would. Lex (at this raleigh location) is one of the nicest most hospitable employees I have ever been able to work with, EVER. Walked me through his thoughts on all the fits and features of the loafers I made on a first time purchase and they came in and fit perfectly. Lex was so patient and eager to help me with all the questions I presented. Lex should be celebrated in some form as you guys are lucky to have him on the team. Excellent customer service. Dealt with Corey Buchanan and immediately found me a pair of shoes. After finding out the price of the shoe I decided against it as this shoe purchase was to be used for very few occasions. Mr. Buchanan therefore showed me different types of shoes in my price range even though my mother agreed to purchase the higher dollar shoes for me. With a confirmed sale of a higher price shoe he worked with me to suit my price range. That is customer service first. With that honesty I will definitely purchase from him again.

Extraordinary customer service at the Raleigh store. Shout out to Thomas who is an awesome SA. I often visit other locations across the US but now do all my purchasing through the Raleigh store and Thomas.

I bought a pair of Fifth Avenue Cap Toe Oxfords from this store and was exceptionally pleased by the service I received there. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, so I want people to know that this store in particular deserves your business. I will happily return the next time I need a quality pair of shoes.

Thomas is the real deal. Go to him for all of your shoe needs. He fixed a shoe fitting that another store had messed up. 10/10 customer service!

Ordered a pair of Higgins Mill boots in store and the store graciously accepted my return when I received them. One boot had some color mismatch and looked awful. Not sure where the quality control is but at $300+ boots, it should be there. The 5 star rating is for the staff and store in general at Crabtree. I'd give AE as a company a 3.5 star, mostly having to do with quality control.

The store manager is a great person to deal with. I've been there a few times and he has always dealt with the issue in a polite, professional and no nonsense manner. What I've needed was found every time.
