They even ask If everything was ok and If with order Is all allright. I even canceled the first order and the refund was already on my account the next day. Great selection of knobs! I've looked everywhere for unique knobs to go into my newly renovated kitchen but had no luck until I came across Knobco! Their selection was outstanding, I ended up ordering knobs for my kitchen, bathroom, and dresser. Beautiful knobs, but cheaply made, at least the screws. They broke off while screwing into the wall. The metal is so cheap and malleable that I couldn’t remove because it would just “melt” away when grabbing with a wrench. Had to burr it down. I tried to get some kind of reimbursement, but haven’t heard back… just crickets.

Says in store shopping on your google business page….. drove an hour and 20 minutes to find that this is the HQ I guess and there isn’t in store shopping. Update your info.

I would not recommend this vendor. I purchased through an online service and the products were not as described and they refused to give me a refund. On top of that the wrong items were sent. They only offered to refund my money if I would take down my negative review.
