Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is conveniently located in downtown Sylva, North Carolina. The food is always good. They used to have a very grouchy older woman working the takeout window. I think she must have found other work because she hasn’t been there the last few times I’ve stopped. The people at the window lately have been very pleasant or I wouldn’t have left a 5 Star.

The employees are genuinely kind and cheerful. The food is absolutely delicious and made with care. It is fast food but it is yummy!

The food was GREAT! Hot & fresh! Good flavors, too! There were 4 of us, and we were STARVING after a long day of offroad trail riding. All of us were very impressed with the Sylva, NC Taco Bell!! Keep up the good work, folks!! However, I will say, I do not like having to order from a computer screen! Then the people that came in behind us were greeted, and their order was taken by a managerial worker and delivered to the counter before our was... granted, ours was a big order. So, I'll give a little slack there. Great food! Thanks!!

I never was refunded for a $20 order, when I only received $12 of the order due to the machine being out of service

Most of the time this place is fast good food. Tonight they had two lines running three people on the drive-thru side one on the mobile order and doordash side. The woman who appeared to be the manager kept barking orders at the gentleman on the takeout doordash mobile order side to get her stuff she needed for her line making anybody who had a mobile order or a DealDash order wait. If this is how they are training their managers now I feel very sorry for them. Also I don't think they had the heat on in the lobby.

Fast Service in Drive Thru friendly pickup window and manger easy to talk to. Fresh hot food at affordable prices.

Great service and great food. The staff is friendly and very quick with the order. This is literally the only Taco Bell that hasn't made me sick, the health grade posted up front says it's very clean and I believe it. Everyone looked very put-together and clean themselves. Great job guys!

This is a really wonderful location! Everytime I go the staff is funny to interact with. They always greet me with a smile and provide fast and professional service. During my last visit I waited nearly 5 minutes for my food which I think is very reasonable if not fast but, immediately the manager apologized for the wait. They're working really hard and deserve a better rating. If you're reading this and intend to visit be sure to leave them a rating. Thanks!

When I first moved into the Sylva area around 2017, the service at this restaurant was horrendous. Every order would take forever and was guaranteed to have at least one incorrect/ missing item. Since then, I'm not sure what has changed staffing wise, but this establishment has completely turned themselves around. The staff are welcoming and don't scoff at every item you order. Taco Bell has and always will be my favorite fast food chain in the NC area, and I am happy to say this is now one of the better locations I have ever been to. You guys rock!

We come here every other day for lunch. My coworkers absolutely love the food. Most of the time, very fast and our orders are always right! Great food and great deals. Jasmine - who I haven't seen in a while has always been so friendly!

The lady who took our order was extremely nice and the food was amazing and their sweet tea was great. Most Taco Bell sweet tea is like sugar water. They also have a 100 sanitation rating! You guys are great. Thanks for a great experience.

Very helpful staff and quick service. I don't go to taco bell so that I can have the greatest culinary experience in the world. That being said, I get food that satisfies my hunger and has fresh ingredients...all for a good price.

It's Taco Bell, what else! Sylva store, you gotta fix that right order kiosk. It's extremely frustrating to use

Day time drive through lady saved My dogs and my tummy from hunger. Gave me two burritos for free after someone stole my purse and my money. She didn't know this but she knew I was fin hungry. Kindness saves and customer service like this is rare for fast food chains. Best place on this strip in my mind.

This is a regular fast food stop for my family. Cheap food always a great food cleanliness rating. It's hard to beat the quality and variety of items for the price you pay at this taco bell.

This was the best Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to. When I requested an item that apparently wasn’t offered in the way that I wanted, he simply replied, “sure I can get that for you, no problem “ Who does that at a fast food place?!?!?

Great food ,fast service. Cashier suggested upgrades and was considerate when I changed my order. Also it was a large order and they got it ALL right. Taco Bell in Sylva I give you 5 Stars.

Plump breakfast soft tacos. Love them. I drive specially to this Taco Bell in Sylva because they don’t skimp on the fillings. I wish all Taco Bell’s would treat their customers this fairly.
