Sandy was very helpful in making sure I was able to get a king size platform bed same day by delivery. She's friendly and will make sure you're informed to get the right quality mattress whether it's firm or soft. The payment arrangement is reasonable and a good fit for my budget.

My husband and I had the MOST AMAZING experience at the Clayton store today! We left this store and were happy to give them our service! Sandy’s is the absolute BEST!! For one, I love that we had an appointment so it was just us and our Sales lady in the store which made it a very personal experience and we didn’t feel rushed. My family just moved in our new house. We were in search for a king and two queen mattresses. Traci took her time and walk us through the process. As we was trying the different mattresses out she was telling us the different qualities in the mattresses not just trying to take our money. As they delivered the mattresses we met her husband Mark a real good guy. He took his time to set up all of the mattresses in each room. I recommend Mattresses By Appointment Traci and Mark are the best!!!!!!

I am so happy we found these guys, they are not only professional and prompt, but they are so incredibly kind. We just moved when they delivered our mattresses and the movers put all my furniture in the wrong room....Traci offered to help me move my dresser before they came in with the mattresses! YES, you read that right - they actually helped me finish moving this massive piece of furniture before they came in and completely set up the beds for us..... these are really good people who provided us with great service!
