Walmart Supercenter

I used the car service center this time to get 1 tire that was on a rim (no car, just the tire in the trunk of another car). The service techs were so professional and helpful, so I wouldn't get dirty. I was able to drop off the tire/rim, have some lunch, return to Walmart, pop the trunk, paid, service tech loaded the new tire in the trunk, and I was gone. Service made easy.

It was actually good this time. I decided to try this store in Clayton instead of my normal Raleigh store. This store has everything I needed in stock. The lady at the pharmacy was very nice and helpful and it wasn't super busy when I was there, a bonus lol.

Solomon, Julio and Trenel in the Automotive Center were good Customer Reps. Great personalities and knowledgeable. I would take one star back because the oil was the wrong weight. Luckily it was the top number for ease of starting. Guys don't take customers word need to follow up on the right oil for the car..

This Walmart is always clean. Some of the staff is not very friendly and some aren't very helpful when they're asked a question. When I was in this Walmart on Thursday (10/12/23), one of the ladies (I guess) who cleans the self checkout registers was on her way to clean the register I was getting ready to use and instead of her cleaning it she walked away as I approached. She still could have cleaned it, I would have been glad to wait. That was the only problem I had. I was able to find all of the items I was looking for.

I love Walmart. I have been going to it for many years. I have always had a good experience there. My favorite one is on highway 70 in Clayton.

This a nice Walmart. It seems to me they're dressing it up a bit with nicer displays and a cleaner store. I was able to find all the things I wanted. Check-out was quick.

We visited Pet IQ that is located in Walmart. They were the best super great with my two cats and able to handle them. Got them tested and vaccinated at the best price I have ever seen.

I’m literally only giving this Walmart 5 stars because of Darryl at the entrance who checks receipts, he’s one of the kindest and sweetest person in that store. That’s it, he’s the only reason why I still go there. If he wasn’t there I would give this 1 star.

Great selection. Clean store. Has a wonderful supply of any and everything you need

I normally don’t like Walmart’s but this one has made several Improvements. They have plenty of parking and the location is convenient. They have online pickup drive thru where you don’t have to get out of your vehicle.

Inside there is a large selection. Unlike other Walmart stores, this is a very clean, organized and there is plenty of stock.

There are also plenty of registers including self checkouts. I will be back to visit here again.

Only downside was the greeter didn’t say ‘hi, welcome to walmart’; like, I’m pretty sure that person is getting paid to do that. Instead, kept their back turned to me the whole way in and out of sight.

Andrea from Jackson Hewitt prepared my taxes and was an absolute pleasure working with. I will definitely be returning to her for my future tax returns.

I had better luck at this Walmart Auto Center. They are twice as far from my house, but at least they know the basic services they provide. Not much of a wait to have two carry in trailer tires mounted.

Really nice, updated Walmart. Has tons of stuff other Walmarts in the area don't have, including a "Dollar Section" in the front and really modern clothing and home sections.

Now a beautiful store! The remodeling is excellent. It feels upscale. Plenty of self-service registers. This particular store has always been clean, but seems even cleaner now. Well done!

Billy in the auto center, was patient professional, excellent customer service. It was an all around great experience, would recommend!

Customer service was extremely nice last Wednesday around noon time frame- cannot remember her name but she helped make a return very quick and easy and it made my day

New, and great, experience! I kept asking myself if I was in Walmart in the clothing section - love the setup! Even the bathroom was nice and clean.

Very clean and professional operated . Isles were stock and easy to find the products or necessities you were looking for. My rating would be Par Excellence

Inside is fine but whatever you do, don't forget a grocery pick up. Lord have mercy get it together Walmart 3 hours late is a bit much h, off to publix I go
