I visit this Walgreen’s photo center several times per month to print photos for my small business.

Walgreen’s’ same-day photo service is unmatched. If you have the app, it’s as easy as uploading a photo from your phone’s camera roll and picking it up an hour (or less) later. No matter what is going on in the store, I never have to wait long for good service from friendly employees. Highly recommend this service.

This location is by far the best. I have lived in 3 different states and this location exceeds them all. I had the pleasure of meeting Gladys and Andrew this evening. Their customer service was not just friendly, they made me feel like family in such a short period of time. That’s extremely difficult to do. I know my statement is cheesy but it’s true. Thank you again Gladys and Andrew.

I went late at night to buy JB Weld to fix my cars radiator, and they didn't sell it, so the cashier (should've gotten her name), she told me what I did get wouldn't work that I would indeed need the JB Weld or they have other radiator stop leak at an auto parts store. She was so polite and helpful while there in the middle of night stressing about my car. She made me feel more comfortable about not wasting my money on what I was getting, so thank you! It's good to know there's still good people in this world. You don't get recognized enough!

Fast service. Ordered online. Order was ready. Went in to pick up. Waited no more than 30 seconds. In and out. Store was pretty busy.

UPDATE: With all the viruses going around pharmacies are being overwhelmed. I believe this pharmacy is doing great with everything being thrown at them. Are there times that they fall a bit short? Sure, but overall they work hard and I've only once in over 2 years encountered someone that didn't have a smile.

I transferred my prescriptions to this location from another Walgreens. The other made several errors back to back. I love this pharmacy. They always take time to talk with me and make me feel valued apposed to an inconvenience.

They're always pleasant to me alot of them know me by name. I'm so thankful for a good pharmacy

Grateful to have a 24 hour Walgreen's store and pharmacy in our community. I usually go late at night and thus haven't had the issues other reviewers describe. I should note that there are medication and vaccine supply chain issues everywhere. When one of our meds is out of stock here, it's out of stock at all the Walgreen's (and usually CVS and other chain pharmacies) in the area, and that is outside of the control of the employees at this store. They've always been helpful when we have an issue or question, and the medications are always ready when they say they will be.

The pharmacist or employee working in that department during overnight was a life saver. She was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I had questions about medication interaction and she knew the answers right away and didn’t act bother when I called back with another question. The little things matter when your a momma in distress with a sick kid. Thank you!

Im lucky to have a Walgreens of this quality so close to home. This store is especially clean and orderly and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I especially appreciate that there is a sign keeping the checkout lines neat and orderly. I really wish other locations would do this as well

This is SO weird to see all of the negative comments concerning this establishment. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and always have found the store clean and in well order. I will always go out of my way to visit this Walgreens rather than our local CVS which is closer to my home. I've never gone into my local CVS where there has been a positive experience. If Becky Flowers is listening, I would much rather have a Walgreens than a CVS in our very expensive neighborhood. Interesting.

Dev was very helpful! She went above and beyond to sort out a very complicated and frustrating pre authorization issue between my doctor and my insurance.

The employees are always nice and professional; happy to help you! In here almost every day. But special kudos to Tim, the night manager, who helped me solve a complicated receipt problem. He could have just said “No, I can’t do that.” He was leaving his shift but he stepped up and stayed to solve my problem! God bless you, Tim. May you have many under you who follow your example.

My husband and I use 3 different Walgreens. We prefer the Clayton Pharmacy. The people are so helpful and kind. If I have a problem they are quick to take care of it. We have only waited inside when we’re there for our annual flue shot. This is understandable as it takes a few minutes to set up and finish up with other customers ahead of us. We are extremely happy customers of Walgreens’s Pharmacy at Clayton GA

I have a diabetic dog. Unfortunately I ran out of needles. I checked open vets, NC State..who didn't return my call, VHS who wouldn't help but told me if she gets bad...bring her in. Couldn't get next day delivery because they would need to verify it with the vet. Vet isn't open. Called Walgreens, Walmart and CVS to see if they had the needles. They did not. Read online about a syringe converstion. Went to Walmart: got an attitude and felt like I was being a pita. They almost sold me the wrong needles. Pharmacist told me to speak with a vet. Again...my vet is closed and the er vets would not help...
So I waited a day and tested my pup. Blood glucose high. Went to Walgreen's...the tech was so sweet. The pharmacist...I highly regret not getting her name...was awesome. She didn't judge me. She took the time to do the conversation and told me how much to give.

One time I did have a bad experience with Walgreens. The tech was soo rude. I told the manager, so not sure they did anything. I did not review that because everyone has a bad day.
But today...I am so thankful for Walgreens. They helped when no one else would.

We live in a world where people expect everything instantly, a " Fast Food Society" and most of the negative posts have to do with speed of service.

But recently I had a real issue where I could not get medication die to an insurance issue without paying full price. The pharmacist and pharmacist tech were extremely helpful and help me get to the bottom of my insurance issue. Thank You!!

My wife and I have always had problems with out medications at other pharmacies but this one did it right!! And the customer service I received from Devin was outstanding. We need more people like her in this world!

I've heard horror stories and read the bad reviews. I was prepared for the worst, yet did not need to be. I had a great experience. Transitioning after my military retirement to civilian care was not as difficult as I thought it would be. Justin in the Clayton store was very helpful in transferring my Rx from Ft Bragg. All in all, from calling Ft Bragg to receiving my Rx in my hand, well under an hour. I cannot say that ever happened in my 25 years of military healthcare! Usually, it takes an hour after checking in to be told that it can't be filled and try the Womack Hospital pharmacy. Thanks Justin and the pharmacy team who looked overly busy!!

Went there this morning to pick up my daughters prescription and was delighted by the cashier named Rosland "Roz". She was friendly and very helpful. Loved having her as my cashier. She is a much needed addition to the pharmacy. Was also impressed with the pharmacist who caught that the Dr. had given my daughter a prescription for something that she was allergic to and promptly called them to get a new prescription!

I always go to Walgreens to get my cigarettes bc they are the cheapest place around to buy them. Also the service is really good with friendly staff and patient, esp when times get hard and I have to count up all my change to buy what I need, they have never made me feel bad or embarrassed! And also what I like about it is that the same ppl work there that have been for the past. 2 + years so there's no strangers when I walk in! I also get my meds from there too and I must say I've been with Walgreens pharmacy since 2005 which explains itself, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Walgreens for making me have such a pleasant experience every time I stop by!

People stop complaining.What do you expect it’s called a pharmacy for a reason. So what if you wait 30 mins.I wonder if they sell pills for y’all cry baby complaining about waiting. The staff is great guys keep up the good work some people that you guys have to deal with they are just grumpy and miserable.
