Best Buy

Best Buy is the "best"! I pulled into a designated parking spot to pick up my item ordered on their website. I let them know that I was there, and within 5 minutes, they brought out my purchase and placed it in my car! Wonderful!

Had the opportunity to experience a lot of the store today. They fixed the Apple watch, we bought TVs that worked with what we needed, and invested on the start of a cool sound system we prob didn't need (they were so helpful). Thank you, Julia. You take customer service to a new level.

Aaron was so awesome! I needed to buy a new phone, and he spent over an hour with me going through the specs of all different types of phones until finding one that was exactly what I needed. I'm not very tech savvy, and he was patient for all my questions. I was so impressed that he knew so much off the top of his head! Phones aren't cheap and this was an unexpected expense for me since my old phone broke - Aaron was respectful of my budget, but still led me to a great phone and made me feel so confident in my decision. I'll only buy phones at Best Buy moving forward.

A pretty typical, quality Best Buy experience. Nothing really special about it but it got the job done. We were there to buy my mom a new TV and we're were able to get a discount on a like-new open box model. The chckouy person was friendly and answers all my questions about the warranty. He offered an extended warranty but wasn't pushy about it. It was a very positive experience.

The Customer Service experience with the Geek Squad was outstanding!! They helped my mom get back into her phone, with no charge!! They are superheroes

Thomas was awesome!! He worked with me over an hour on my issue! Great employee and a valuable asset to Best Buy. I has an issue with my watch and got a new one.

Sorry for late review, but didn't want to miss the opportunity to give thanks to Daniel V. in the Electronics dept. He was absolutely amazing. Was so patient with all our questions & our wavering back & forth between products. He helped us with a tv selection & all of our security cameras. Thx again, you're the best!!!

They were out of the item I wanted, but I found a really good deal on a new laptop. I can't afford it right now, but I know where to go as soon as I save enough money.

I have had not one but three separate issues on three recent occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the manager, Jerry! He went up and beyond for me each time, and I couldn’t be more thankful! He’s an amazing manager, and knows just how to handle every situation! Thank you, Jerry!!

“IceMan” was a great help with a pleasant presentation and personality helped me with all my shopping needs and questions, he needs to replace manager upfront who looks like EggMan who gets bothered when customers walk up to him

Staff is always very helpful, making for a quick in and out... perfect during the holiday rush season.

Came in to get a screensaver replaced, a new case, and to grab a new PS5 remote. Was in and out within 20 minutes, the Friday before Christmas, absolutely wonderful!!

This is a really great Best Buy. In the last 12 months we've bought close to 8k in stuff... personal and business; including our first couple of iPads and a MacBook. These were my first Apple products. There's a dude there named Rob who works in the computer department and if you're in management and reading this, you need to give that guy a raise. He has helped 4 or 5 times and really made buying from the store a pleasure; especially when we bought our first iPads... being new to Apple, he answered all our questions and made it fun. Today I came in and bought a Magic Mouse and he was slammed; people asking him questions left and right and there was one guy that was complaining, but Rob handled it all really well - and, during all that he asked me multiple times if he could help me and just let him know, etc. I really appreciated that. Great guy and a great representative for the company. Anyway, we love this store - always a good selection, it's clean, people are friendly. You should shop here.

Went in looking for movies. I had a very helpful employee find me a copy of one of the movies I was looking for. The employee not only found it but found different versions (4k, blu-ray, digital, etc...) This was one of the best visits to a Best Buy since I've moved to the Wilmington area.

Customer Service can get pretty busy, but the staff were knowledgeable, super attentive, and patient.

The employee with the name tag Superman is exceptional. He really knows his stuff. We were in and out within half an hour with a new tv and laptop. Give him a raise, excellent employee

Went to purchase a Meta Oculus Quest 2. Christian was a great help, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and was patient while I made my decision.

Evaluate your employees to see who is best suited for a position. Because Finley definitely offered better customer service than the manager, Carrington who is always mad and grumpy. He acts like you walked in his house wrongfully. #Promote Finley to Manager!! His customer service and patience made me return to him not the manager who took 40 days and 40 nights to count $500 slow as 3 snails!! Team Finley!!!! Visit him and tell him Jor-sue sent you:)

Great appliance buying experience! We are doing a kitchen remodel in the coming months and needed a refrigerator, range and microwave. Honestly, I was hesitant about going to this store because I hadn't thought of Best Buy as a source of appliances. Boy, was I wrong! They had lots to choose from and see on the sales floor. The sales consultant that helped us, Chris Locke was awesome! He was able to speak knowledgeably about the various products and showed off some features that made a difference in our decisions. He spent time with us on a busy Saturday and when I went back today to make my purchase after thinking it through, Chris walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. He was able to schedule delivery in a few weeks when all 3 of the products are going to be ready. Thanks Chris!

i used the geek squad and after a little scheduling hiccup i was impressed by their knowledge my home theatre sounds better than ever a shout out to Devon and co. for getting it right i’d recommend them for any problem
