Everyone was pleasant and willing to help anyway possible. Kitty Theresa thank you and the General Manager are all the bomb. They are understanding company and take good care of their properties yes I would rent again

We stored our belongings at Prime storage for a few months while we looked for a house. Facilities were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and the units are decently priced.

My experience with Prime Storage was great. The women at the Gastonia location were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about using a storage facility for the first time.

Excellent service, very friendly but mostly very helpful, Theresa and the property manager help me so much in making the arrangements while my husband was coming down from up North and made everything so smooth so that when our moving company came everything would be ready for our movers to just place it in at the storage unit. There spacious, comfortable and very clean.

I recently visited the property while out comparing prices for a storage unit that I will be needing in a couple of months. This place is definitely where you would want to store! The property is very clean and well maintained. The office staff is superb! Teresa did a wonderful job assisting me with my needs. My number one choice!

The location (Hudson Blvd) was always clean, refreshments for guest. Pamela and Johnathan was always willing to go above and beyond, to ensure everything was in proper order. They took pride in maintaining the property grounds and maintenance. I’m a66year old woman, and there were several times, Johnathan was on the property doing his rounds, he actually lifted heavy wall units for me, then Pam assisted me as well. I’m so pleased that there are caring people that still exist. I tried to pay him, he simply “refused!”, his reply was, “No, I’m glad I could help”..Pam always had encouraging words. They both are very professional, great communication skills, great customer relationship. I would highly recommend River Rock storage, Hudson Blvd, providing that Pam and Johnathan are the ones providing the great service they so well display!!

Hospitality is awesome. Me and my husband were welcomed with a smile. The process of renting a unit was easy. Great conversation with the management. I don't remember her name. Great prices! Great place! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

From the time I walked in the the experience was GREAT, the facility is very clean and Pam greeted me at the door she is very polite and patient, I wasn't sure of the size unit I needed so Pam walked me around to show me several units and she was so patient with me.

i haven't been to any other storage unit in town and I'm sure this is the best 1 in Gastonia. staff is friendly. Pam is welcoming and knowledgeable. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! climate controlled. spacious halls for big furniture plus moving carts. well lit in doors and out. I feel safe at night. long entry hours... access until 10 pm. auto pay available and I get my email alerts for payment early which I greatly appreciate! highly recommend this storage unit.

Ms. Pamela was absolutely amazing. Literally life saving. How she runs her business and keeps things available and ready for her customers needs is amazing. I literally called 7 other places for my Uhaul needs, she was the only one to say yes. She also walked me through my transaction to ensure I had everything I needed. Thanks a lot.

I accidentally stayed longer than I should have because Brittany and Pamela were just so wonderful to chat with! Definitely recommend doing business with these lovely humans. :)
