i ordered a $102 order. they didnt forget anything i ordered and everything was hot and fresh. impressed. especially because it was at 10pm, 2 hours from close. y’all slayed.

The food always seems to be made fresh, while it does take a little bit of time to get your food, seems well worth it to me. As far as fast food goes and Lincolnton, I haven't had better. One has some time to sit down and eat if you're not in that big of a hurry. And if there's anything wrong with your order they'll try to make it right if you're polite.

Clean, nice dining area. My family ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a really stacked burger that I can't remember the name of right now, plus fries. Our order was hot and ready in no time. We took it home about 9 miles away and it was still at a great temperature. The staff was very friendly.

Pub pretzel grilled chicken sandwich is so worth the calories! Was fast, hot, super yummy! Alittle pricy but worth it as a special treat.

I love this location in Lincolnton. My 2 year old grandson was with us and we sat by the window so he could see all the trucks going by. We ordered food and received it quickly. The food was hot and freshly prepared as ordered. It's a short drive from highway 321, about 3/4 mile. The salads are always good and my mother remarked on how big the side salad was. I will return.

Great food, friendly staff, fast service. Drive way was lined up around the building they kept the line moving and we were driving off with our order in 10 minutes

The friendliest, cleanest and most efficiently ran Wendy's I have been in. Fran the front line trainer is always smiles and a great attitude. All the front line employees are working hard and stay on top of your order so your food is always hot and fresh. They use your name not a number for your order. When you pay you always get a "have a blessed day". Hiring mature responsible employees pays off every time.

This is first time in a long time that I have felt about giving a good rating to a good company. Everything was good today at Wendy's: food, TEA, and the staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience today. 5 stars. This mean you really did an excellent job. Guess what I did not have a lot of food. It is the small things and I watch.

Joe the new manager is great. My order was messed up thru the drive thru and I called and he actually picked up not like the old management and he aslo made it right by giving me every that was missed and made everything large for free. Good to know they actually got someone in there that's cares about their job! Will be back

Yes Wendys has the best "fast food". However when I got to drive thru there were only 4 cars in front of me. I got there at 1pm. I didnt pull out of the parking lot until 1:32! Making every single car wait an additional 5+mins to place their order (thats sitting at the menu box) is ridiculous. Nice to hear " we apologize for the wait" but come on! Your drive thru time has gotten worse and worse every visit.
By the time I got my food and left, I was so frustrated I didnt even feel like eating.
Update: HUGE improvements in the drive thru wait time.
Way to go WENDYS! Had me through the line under 5 mins during lunch time! Bumping stars back up to 5!
