I LOVE THIS PLACE! I drive up to the gas station and was immediately tackled and pinned to the ground and received a mask on my face. I was so relieved that the employees here cared about mine and their well-being! Not only was I grappled to the ground and given a mask, I was offered a smoke from one of the employees outside the store. I was beyond excited to purchase a Twix bar from this gas station and then purchase some gas. I felt outstandingly safe.

I was choking on a Slim Jim and cashier Josh Boyd of store 50 gave me the heimlich maneuver and saved my life!

Awesome gas stations! Anybody who leaves a one star review is a negative Nelly.

Cashier Josh Boyd of store #50 gave me the shoes off of his feet when I was in need. A true hero!

Their cashiers need to be trained I fill up no ethanol gas 1 maybe 2 times a week I also but other things like drinks and snacks ! I tried to order a 3 piece dark meat I ask for 3 legs that's dark meat yall wanted to nickle and dime charge me for individual legs not a meal if your company needs a dollar that bad you should close pretty SAD how your cashier talked to me idos amigo omg so funny even your employees gave your company a avg of 2 stars no wonder they treat customers bad they are treated bad

I have been to 4 of their store all over SC and NC. The stores are poorly kept up, dirty inside and out, and the employees there are rude. When I talk to a manager they were all so rude and didn't even give me 2 seconds of their time. I called and made a complaint what's the corporate office and got nothing but rudeness also.

Shame on you TIMES OIL for allowing horrible customer service, dirty stores, and dirty treatment to anyone who reports inappropriate behavior by employees to management. The corporate office REALLY needs to go to each store themselves and take a look at what is going on. I will not shop at their stores, and urge everyone else not looking for a bad experience, SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

i have written twice this store has the worst customer service i refuse to shop there any longer.corpate check out your stores on aspen ,and make sure and have a cup of that dirty water coffee i wont let my dog drink there
