The UPS Store

SO much better than the Denver store! It's further away and less convenient but based on the fast, polite,and effective service I received today, this will be my UPS store of choice! I had literally stopped using ups because the store in Denver is SO bad, but this location has given me hope! Keep up the good work!

Great customer service and friendly staff. The new Amazon return process makes everything super convenient and quick. We've also had several items that were notarized by this store, and they have always been helpful through the process.

Great place to ship your packages! Friendly people always say hello when you walk in. They will stop doing other tasks and immediately come up to the counter or open another register to help you. Amazon returns are a breeze, they know exactly what to do and patiently wait while you pull up the code on your phone. I have been to other UPS stores who have lost return shipments. In my years of going to this store they have never missed an item or forgotten to ship a return item. This is the place to go if you need to ship sonething!

I went online to check their hours since it was a Sunday, and saw some really bad comments. I have no idea why, because they have ALWAYS been helpful to me. I live in Maiden, and whenever I have to ship UPS, I go to their store. Then I read the comments and realized you meet these uptight types every day. One called the owner "ignorant," and another went off about wearing masks. This is someones lively-hood, just because you're upset doesn't justify going online and giving a business a bad review!! I bet if we followed you around for a day, we could find A LOT of bad things you do.

The team at this UPS store are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Whether I am shipping packages, have printing projects, or need other services these folks are always at the ready with a smile. As a fellow small business owner I’m a bit envious of the team Herbie (the owner) has put together.

I'm not very good at technical things when it comes to my phone. I don't know how to print labels and such and needed to print a shipping label to return a item. Eric was very nice and helpful. He took charge of the situation with a smile and got me out the door and on my way. Thanks Eric I'm not sure if you realize what your kindness meant to me.🤗

I am surprised at the amazing things they can do at this store. Eric was super helpful and friendly and a miracle worker. I brought in a 20 year old paper to have copied and it looks amazing, so much better than I had expected. This is definitely more than just a shipping store.

I've been going to The UPS Store for the past year to get prints made of my watercolor paintings. The print quality is amazing and the customer service is on point!

Great customer service and very efficient with whatever help you may need. I feel alot of the 1 star reviews are just people who don't understand all the guidelines of what they can and can't do, but it I still a wonderful place. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I had an amazing customer service there today! (Dropping off an Amazon package and printing a shipping label).
Unfortunately, their PC was out of service, but the guy printed it for me using their PC (I sent my file to their email)

I always have returns to Amazon and every time I go in there the employees are so nice to me and always super fast service. Keep these employees, they are very well worth it.. Thank you for all you help :)

One of the best stores I've ever been in, the customer service is top tier and Eric the manager is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

Walked in was greeted by a nice young man. Was in and out within less than a minute.
